Location, spaced and big television plus the free permit for parking.
Entrance hall shabby. Having requested non feathers due to allergies in pillows and told they would be removed, this wasn't the case - very disappointing. The gutter was over flowing directly above the key safe which meant on leaving I got completely soaked - not impressed. Building could do with better maintenance.
