Location was good. Very near the front of the esplanade. We had a few of the estuary from the balcony/lounge windows. Bathroom/shower and kitchen were clean and all the facilities worked.
The quality of the furniture in the lounge was poor. There was a large rip in the settee. One of the quilt covers on the single bed had holes in it. I took pictures on my phone and showed the lady in the laundry room. Some of the dining chairs were very unsafe as the screws needed tightening up on them.
