Mostly the view but everything else was lovely too.

No way to secure patio windows when there was a breeze. In fear of them banging and breaking. Strategic placement of patio chairs solved problem.

Wonderful place to stay for the views alone, simply the best property that we have stayed at.

Self-catering with everything you could need, the only thing necessary was to buy your own food. Very well laid out property and in a first class location with private parking. The view of Dartmouth could not have been better.

The only point to mention is that the opening of the door to the property is slightly restricted by the fact that the door catches on the ceiling below the staircase but this had no effect on our enjoyment and in no way affects the overall quality and the 10/10 rating.

Relaxing stay in a homely, spacious apartment.

The location was perfect for us: super quiet, easy (own) parking space, amazing views. You need to be prepared to walk up and down stairs and hills but the view is worth it! Handy communal orchard/woodland a few yards away - great for dog owners for early morning walk. Kitchen is well equipped, and even has sharp cutting knives (rare in self catering).

Bedside lamps, in double bedroom, were reported to manager that they were too dim for bed time reading. They said they'll replace the bulbs with brighter ones. Shows how good this place is, that is my only comment!

Wonderful Penthouse Apartment with stunning views

Stunning views from every window. Big comfy bed. Generous room sizes. Lovely fire in living room. Parking.

Everything in Apt is such a high standard - one or two items in kitchen just need replacing i.e ( baking trays and kitchen bin) The walk back from town is steep but it is well documented when you book the apartment - so we expected it. There is nothing that would put us off coming back - we were sorry to leave.

Cracking apartment

Cracking apartment which had everything we needed. Very spacious and spotlessly clean with beautiful views over Dartmouth. There was nothing not to like about it, yes the climb up the hill gets the heart rate rising but we'd read the reviews so were fully aware of what we had ahead of us and in all fairness it wasn't that bad and we're both 60 yr olds. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend and yes we will be returning 👌

Fab-u-lous!

Very spacious top floor apartment with incredible views over Dartmouth and out to sea. Super friendly hosts who lived in the main house below. Very comfortable and well equipped, they even provided us with a fan at short notice due to the heatwave! Thank you so much 😊

There was nothing really not to like! (It was a bit steep on the way up from the town but fine if you’re fit and able and the view is more than worth it! Also narrow entrance and parking on the drive wasn’t the easiest to navigate but that can’t be helped!)

Great place to stay - great hosts - We couldn't find fault with anything!

The location was good and the view from our balcony was amazing. It took just about 10 minutes to walk down to the town centre (but the way back was hard work uphill!). The apartment was well decorated and appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. The spa bath was also excellent. On site parking was very handy and the 'reserved' space was essential, as the remaining spaces were more often than not filled.

The Apartment, and its location. is definitely not suitable for those who find climbing stairs and steep hills difficult, but for everyone else, the views and the quaint cobbled streets make it all worthwhile.

View was stunning, simple to get into town and good parking. Dartmouth is lovely!

Tree needs cutting down that leads from metal staircase into garden - it’s very low and I cut my head open on it on the way back one night in the dark! Apologies for the blood on my pillow. The ensuite shower didn’t drain properly, you ended up showering in 3” of water which then took a long time to drain.

The apartment is in a beautiful location.Access is good,albeit narrow.The hosts found everything and indicated how to cool down.We really enjoyed the apartment.Perfectly equipped,bright,weighty and comfortable.Great view from the balcony. A comfortable bed where we slep best.The bedrooms are separated by a corridor and a living room.You really don’t hear anything.There was a separate bathroom next to each bedroom.It provided comfort for the two families!!!The kitchen is fully equipped. Great town.Is where to walk and explore.Visit nearby cities:Torquay,Brixham,Totnes…Really enjoyed the tour by train Paignton-Dartmouth🚂 We recommend these apartmens.Really liked it.Thank you Debbie

Location was great for us. We parked and didn’t move our car again until we left. Plenty to keep us occupied during our stay.
