The owner was very friendly and the location was good, 10 min walking from the town.

The house was very dark (it was a semi-basement) and was smelling mold very bad. Some of the kitchen utensils were dirty and it was very expensive for those that offers. Didn't worth the money that I paid for. I don't recommend that place.

Nothing. It was perfect for what we needed. We were only there 1 night bit could easily have stayed longer, esp as own cooker and washing machine which was a bonus

I’d like to find smth better next time. close to the center

it was clean enough bathrobes close to center - 15 mins walk not a bed choice if there are no other options..

not very comfortable bed- I felt mattress spring under myself. old fashioned technics - from previous century… toilet and facilities there… very noisy - there were noises at night + redecorating works… not enough space price is high for the accommodation very noisy washing machine

a good little base

we used this property as a base - spent time in Split but also left our cases and stuff there whilst spending some time on Hvar and Vis. Good location, 10 minute stroll to the main Riva. A cafe/bar, shop and bakery at the bottom of the steps to the apt. and at the foot of Marjan forest if you like a morning walk. it’s also close to the yachting moorings (not the ferry terminal) so some nice restaurants there as well. The owner was lovely!! it was almost as if she waited at her window for us to come home to give us a message or clean towels bedding (which we didn’t expect).

it didn’t bother us as like I say, we wanted a cheap base to leave our stuff for a few days when we were there and we are the type of travellers that wake up, have a cuppa and go out. BUT it was quite small. if you like to hang around the apt. and cook meals etc you may struggle - although it is possible. it’s just not me so make your own mind up :) saying that, we had 2 weeks worth of gear crammed in there so a shorter break would mean less clutter.

Deja mucho que desear....

Es cierto que la propietaria es muy simpatica y nos lo explico todo pero ya esta. Habitación muy limpia. Tienes un bar y un restaurante de hotel justo al lado y un supermercado.

Me sorprende la nota que tiene y los comentarios de la gente poco realistas. Empiezo... habitación pequeña, parece un zulo, cuando te duchas se sale por todos lados, la cadena del wc tienes que girarla para que caiga el agua y se trague el papel. La propietaria nos dijo que el aire acondicionado apagado mientras no estubieramos en el apartamento... total que llegabas de estar a casi 40° y te comias el apartamento caliente. Alucino cuando la gente pone ubicación perfecta... perfecta de que? Del apartamento al centro hay 15 min andando, teniendo en cuenta las subidas para volver al apartamento y que llegas chorreando porque por el camino hay poca sombra.... yo me hubiese gastado un poco mas y estar mas centrica. Precio excesivo para el apartamento enano y antiguo que es.
