Nice apartment close to city center with a free parking space

Perfect location for visiting Split with a car (you can reserve a free parking spot which is rare so close to city center - 10 min walking). The amenities were also nice and the host gave us a welocming gift of chocolates and coffee pods (nice touch for welcoming guests). The shower was also really beautiful and spacious.

I would have given the property a 10 if there was a kitchenette, but well for a short trip the apartment is really great.

Exceptional

The room was extremely clean and stylish. Since Split is very hot during the summer, to be able to cool down in the AC equipped room was highly appreciated. A cup of coffee to be available is always a plus. The host was very helpful and flexible when she realized that we were arriving late to the apartment.

Excellent stay

We are arrived in Split quite late. In 5 minutes, from the moment I ended the call with the owners, I was in the assigned room with the keys in hand. They gave us a map and told us what can be done in the area. Beautiful and clean room. There are at least 2 large stores in the area, and a third a little further. Don't miss a tour bus ride (you can benefit, also, from a tour of Diocletian's Palace). Thank you "Luxury rooms Green and Gold Split"!

For those who come to this location and want to manage themselves (to take breakfast in the room), I recommend that they bring some tableware (you only have glasses, tea cups, boiling, and a "Krups" coffee maker).

Pleasant and comfortable stay

Very pleasant and attentive host. Everything was so nice, fresh, clean and comfortable. Centre, restaurants, beach is in a very short walking distance. Parking is enabled so you don’t have to carry your luggage.

Brilliant location, great private parking, really helpful host, and was really cosy.

Really clean and modern room - feels like a plush hotel room. The A/C was nicely cool and the location is perfect - it's literally just on the doorstep of the old city. Also there is off-street parking which is perfect. The check-in process was also pretty straightforward as we arrived later than when we expected - many thanks to the host for being accommodating.

The shower drain just needs clearing I think since it doesn't drain fast enough when the shower is on full flow.

It was like staying in a luxury hotel room at a fraction of the price!

Huge bed, luxury feeling room, the owner had thought of all the details to ensure that guests had a comfortable stay. The host / hostess were very accommodating and when we arrived later than planned, gave us very detailed instructions of how to find / access the property which was very reassuring and very easy to follow.

Nothing could have been improved.

Excellent Location, clean and basic accommodation

The location of this apartment is everything! It is a 10 minute walk into the main city centre, so close enough to walk there and far away to escape the hoards of tourists that swarm the city. It is also a 10 minute walk to a fantastic local swimming area, where it was not very crowded, and you could be with local families instead of large tourist crowds. The apartment is on the top of a small hill, but it is an easy climb with stairs, feels safe, and has its own parking which is amazing. Ana and her mother were very helpful, and kind, in directing us, and inviting us into the space. The room is clean, everything is new and renovated, and the bathroom is large and well furnished. There are options for tea and coffee in the common area, and easy checkin and checkout processes. The airconditioner is great, and much needed in the heat.

The room is described as luxury but we didn't really think that. It is nice, clean, and hospitable, but the luxury tag threw us off. The room is on the ground floor. The window overlooks a parked car, and a common walking area so if you have your curtains drawn. If windows are open, you hear every conversation on the drive outside. Also, luxury for us, is a state of mind - it has a sense of oppulence. There are no extras with this reservation - pillows, blankets, furnishings, amenities, food, drink etc. So if you tailor your expectations, and go into this thinking that it is a perfectly fine room and a good location, you will be fine. Having just come from an actual luxury stay in Zagreb, and then experiencing another one in Dubrovnik after this, we were sure that the 'luxury' tag is questionable. A little extra might help. We had a wonderful stay in Split, and were largely in the room only to sleep, so we didn't mind it that much. But yes, at this price point, we were expecting better, and have experienced better apartments and accommodations. Also, the host asked for feedback, and when we politely mentioned about the outside noise, noise from the next door room, and some small things, the response was very defensive, with long explanations. But I understand that the hosts are proud of their property, and so perhaps it just shows the love and pride they have in the place.

Awesome location, very clean, beautiful and comfortable.

Awesome location, less than 10 minuts from the Old Town and a few minutes from the beach. Comfortable room, renewed, and very clean. I definitely recommend it.

Excellent apartments

We were traveling with friends and rented both apartments. The accommodation suited our needs well. Only one of the apartments had a balcony. The apartment was located within walking distance of the old town, Riva beach street, etc. We didn't have to take a taxi at all. The apartment was clean and the bathroom was also like new. We can recommend the apartment.

Yard very ordinary, no sea view. Neat. However, we only spent a short time in the apartment.

There is free parking, where we could leave our car for a while after checking out.

At first sight the bathroom looks very nice, however we suffered from strong odor nuisance which was really unpleasant. In addition, we also found out that if the neighbours take a shower at the same time, the water gets cold and there was very little water pressure. Something we have not experienced anywhere else in Croatia during our 3 week trip.

La camera era un sotto piano di una palazzina dove parcheggiavano le macchine , la finestra doveva rimanere chiusa altrimenti ti vedevano tutti quelli che passavano. La camera era piccolissima non ci si poteva muovere

Todo un acierto

Bonita estancia, decorada con muy buen gusto. Una cama muy grande y cómoda. Tiene nevera, tetera y cafetera. Aire acondicionado, el Wi-Fi funcionaba correctamente, televisor grande y con netflix. La chica que nos recibió nos enseñó la habitación y nos dio explicaciones de cómo movernos y que ver en Split muy amable y agradable. Esta muy céntrico para ir caminando a todos los sitios. Tener parking en la puerta reservado es un acierto y más en verano.

La nevera hacía mucho ruido por la noche pero la desconectábamos y se dormía perfectamente.
