Fabulous property. Clean modern rooms. The staff were fantastic. Breakfast was top class and Ruari was exceptional.

Location. Parking.
I’ve never had to leave a negative review like this but I feel that it’s necessary. Smell of dogs and bleach, particularly downstairs. Very steep stairs which were quite dangerous to descend. Black mold in a few areas. Peeling paint. Springs broken on one of sofas. Roll up cigarette on the kitchen floor. Local information leaflets torn (possibly used for roll up filters). Dirty glasses. Uncomfortable lumpy beds. Feather cushions on the bed when I specifically said I was allergic to them. One cushion had questionable stains on it.
In view of all this, I don’t feel it was value for money.
