Very spacious house, water flow was good and we really like the cooking utensils in the kitchen!

Huge and nice apartment in a very good location close to Zermatt's railway station. Fully equipped kitchen (with excellent coffee machine), more than enough space for a family with 2 kids + 2 grandparents. Although not cheap, but compared to other offers in Zermatt it has a very good value / price level.
Not much. Our bed was a bit softer than what I'm used to, but the others were good - at least the kids and the grandparents didn't complain :-)

I was surprised about the apartment size, there were enough rooms for 4 adults and a teenager, especially having a 2 bathrooms were a bonus. Having a coffee capsules and all the other necessary things for a living (f.e hairdryer, water kettler, oli, salt and pepper for a cooking etc).
To collecting the city tax per person per night I expected to pay for it in cash in another way, not to have a loud voice house secretary to disturb us during our preparation of dinner in order to pick up city tax. Shortly, nothing more to add about negative experiences, would recommend certainly this apartment for a future visiting in Zermatt.
