Good location and spacious apartment.

Bath towels had a certain smell. Curtains were thin offering limited privacy to the neighboring restaurant.

Great, central location. Good size apartment with one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve come across.

No washing machine and, weirdly, there was no toilet paper provided, although there was handwash, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent.

Very good location and the kitchen is well equiped.

The apartment was not properly cleaned. The bed, pillow and blankets were very uncomfortable, overused. They need to be replaced.

We love staying with myzermatt.

Perfect location/away from the main hot spots, but so close. Perfect for 4 adults. The host responds so quickly to questions and it is so nice to be recognized by her as you walk through the streets. This is our third stay with myzermatt. We will will return again.

The apartment is very big, and provide all the necessary facilities. you can cook inside. The landlord is very friendly. The location is not far from the training station, 10 mins by work.

The room rate is a little bit expensive, and it is a little bit difficult to get the key from the landlord if you arrive late.

We’ve been to Zermatt 10 times and for the price, this is by far the best place we’ve stayed.

The location is fabulous and the rooms are brand new and incredibly clean. Spacious and cozy - the prefect combination. The kitchen was well stocked. It couldn’t have been a nicer place to stay!

The location,close to the town,train stations,food. The apartment is huge for 4 of us. Very good view of the Matterhorn from the living room balcony.

We tried to use the washing machine but not sure of the directions to use cos no English instructions.Not sure if there was a drier in the launderette. The bed sheets,not sure if they were changed prior to our check in.

The owner of the apartment was kind enough to check whether everything was ok. She even assisted us with booking the taxi for my dad who had a sprained ankle. Love the apartment with the lovely setting and cozy appearance. Very good location with a magnificent view of Mount Matterhorn. Definitely an excellent apartment for a family holiday.

Clean, big, very good equipped apartment

Very good equipped apartment on 2nd or 3rd floor (can not remember). Elevator works. Clean, big, enough place for 5 people. You can find almost everything you need in kitchen: coffee machine, dish wash, even fondue equipment. etc. About 10 -15 min from train station:/cafes you can work, no need for taxi.

WC and Shower are in 1 room: it was not convenient for 5 people stay. No view from the window: mainly you see the windows of other apartments.
