Excellent apartment with very helpful onsite staff

The apartment itself was warm and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the sliding partition so you could separate the sofa bed into its own area.

The communal areas were a little run down but this didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the apartment.

The price of the apartment is not cheap compared to what you get

The location is good, very close to the ski slopes, and the hostess was a nice person.

THERE IS NO WI-FI. The stay was not pleasant. The apartment is small, and the kitchen is also small. The boiler for the shower water heated the water very slowly. There were four of us, and after the boiler had been on for more than three hours, the last person to shower had no hot water. When we ran out of toilet paper and we asked for more, they told us to "buy it at the supermarket" (half an hour's walk away). They asked for an extra 60 euros for bed linen and towels. I mean, who doesn't need those things? Why charge an extra fee for them? The electricity went out during the night, and the hostess guided us on how to turn it back on (we had to go down to the lobby and flip the switch in the middle of the night). The price for the apartment is not cheap, and we could have done better.

Low price, close to slopes

Old building, seems to be refurnished. Lack of kitchen equipment. Ok for low-cost travel, but location is far from shops and city center. Bus doesnt go there after 2030, one have to walk 30 min uphill or take taxi.

old school appartments for people who dont look for a fancy place

we have booked 3 apartments. They are not the newest but they are clean, have 2 baths, great heating and hot water. The hotel is not close to the city center (around 25’) and in the hill but it has ski in and out. The owner and the staff are super polite. The communication was great. There is also an option to have buffet breakfast which we highly recommend and it is fair price and nice.

good for chab party that’s determined to ski mainly and after apres ski prefers finding somewhere to crash :)

good location, nice view, skibus to the door

no skiboots drying rack, very old and weared property, heating system works in some pulses going cold-hot-cold, so every out of all 9 guests caught some cold due to that. appt is equipped with an oldfashioned stove, power outlets are very inconvenient and some doesnt work, if you turn on too much equipment, you have to go to the basement to turn on the fuse on :)

It was OK, but for less € you can get a place at “Basecamp” which is cleaner, safer.

The location was OK, parking our car wasn’t too difficult. If you do want to book a garage keep pushing the point. They charge €5 per day for it. We’d asked for it before we went but wasn’t apparently agreed. Make sure you get an email saying it’s been agreed. It’s a great sized apartment, the beds were surprisingly comfy enough and the storage was brilliant too. Hot water was nearly always available, but make sure that no one tries to use water in the kitchen, as it will either scald or freeze the person in the shower.

There was some bare naked live wiring in the bathroom, coming through the ceiling and sitting on top of a storage cabinet. The neutral blue wire was insulated, but more concerningly the live brown wire wasn’t, and I soon knew about this when I went to drape my damp towel over the top of the cabinet, when I got a 230v electric shock from the cable through the moisture in my towel. I can take electrocution all day long but had that been one of our kids, it might very possibly have killed them. Round the bottom of the shower there was a lot of ingrained dirt / soiling, and paint was flaking off the bottom too. There is no kettle in the apartment. Boiling some water takes roughly 15 minutes on the electric stove, so if you want to make tea or coffee then budget about 15-20 minutes for each cup. We had to scrub the little griddle frying pan that was provided as it hadn’t been washed by the last user, the same applies to two of the pots, some of the cutlery and a few glasses. On our first night there though, our little lad ended up on his inhalers after just simply having to climb 4 flights of stairs due to the lift breaking. The lift broke twice whilst we were there and some regular folk said it happened all the time The route from the front of the building to the carpark was however treacherous, with black ice being well established there. There is no clear route that doesn’t have ice and there are no footpaths to the car parks, nor are there any footpaths on the road either. Our kids ended up with a few bruises and a good few tears were she’d just on the walk to the car. Not the safest thing for children, this alone we found to be very scary for our kids, but is no fault of the apartment, this is just extra information is all. The distances to the lift information is vastly incorrect, if you have a family it’s almost impossible to conceive how a family could safely use this apartment block and travel to the plan maison lifts easily.

The apartment is pleasant and big enough with two bathrooms and showers which are perfect for family with kids. The hosts was very responsive and helpful.

Poor

The buildings are ill maintained looks like something from eastern europe before 1989. The appartment was very small for a two room apartment the second room was made of thin wall and open to the roof. Very crowded for a family of 4. The pictures from booking did not match the room, We have stayed in Cervinia in better appartments at a lower price, hence bad value for money. The woman that handed key delivery did not speak a word english, a bit strange when you are renting out internationally. Kitchen could be used for cooking, but you have to start from scratch no left over dishwasher tablet, oil, salt pebber etc. The appartment is ok for a stay but its simply overpriced.

Appartamento come da descrizione, semplici ma molto funzionali. Comodissimi i 2 bagni. Con la nuova pista 34 si riesce a partire sci ai piedi dal parcheggio poco sotto al residence.

Relativno dobra udaljenost objekta od staza u odnosu na novac.

Jako jako pohabani madraci, jastuci. Krevet jako jako neudoban, škripi, klima se. Tuš u kupatilu u jako lošem stanju, pritisak vode u tušu jako jako slab, tuširanje gotovo nemoguće. Dodatno naplaćuju posteljinu. Održavanje zgrade užasno loše, ne čiste parking od snijega te je parkiranje teško i opasno.
