Perfect ski in ski out apparement in Cervinia.

The apparement was great for the three of us. It's perfectly located for direct access to the slopes via the lift next to the building or when skiing down to the village. The building has 2 good restaurants and a little shop so there is no need to go down to the main village. The host was very approachable, replied very quickly to all our queries, and provided excellent instructions for arrival and accessing the apparement. The apartment is well set up and had all we needed for a couple of days incredibly skiing.

Very well equipped and clean, but not comfortable.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. It is extremely clean and easy to maintain. The host also supplied the apartment with a lot of basic groceries (coffee, salt etc....) which is nice.

There is no where super comfortable to "HANG" the beds are not so comfortable , the chairs around the dining room table are uncomfortable and the couch is uncomfortable. In addition, although the building is well situated - the actual apartment is quite far from the entrance.

Very good

Location is really good. You can ski in and out directly from the building. Yes, it is located some distance from the village center (a couple of hundred meters but significantly higher up the mountain so walking up from the village is tough), but with two restaurants, a ski shop and a small minimarket in the same building we only went to the village once during the week. There is also a local bus service (which we never used). The apartment was very good, with everything you need for a vacation. Furthermore, the host Andrea is very helpful and attentive. This place is highly recommended.

Good value for money, easy access to the ski lifts, good restaurants nearby (but only two so there are limited places).

Restaurants which are near the hotel (there are two) require earlier reservation, the problem was in first day of our stay as I did not know that it is necessary...

Superb

Andrea was an amazing host! Very accommodating and helpful! The apartment was well equipped with kitchenware. Washing machine super useful! Great views from the apartment, skiing in and out was good too, especially as alternative would be walking up a very steep hill! There's a lovely traditional restaurant in the complex as well as a ski rental place and a mini market, very convenient!

Bring earplugs! Would benefit from extra/ better pillows. A bit of a trek up a hill back from town if you were looking to go out alot.

Location was brilliant. There is a ski shop to hire your boots and skis from, a brilliant bar and restaurant for apres ski fun. Perfect for friends and family or just to be on your own.

great host and a great week in the snow

Andrea is a great host. fabulous communication. he helped us book taxis to and from the airport as well as sorting out ski hire. he also allowed us to have a late check out on the last day so we could get an extra day of skiing in. worth it’s weight in gold! The apartment is warm, has everything you need for a week’s self catering. excellent washing machine and dishwasher and large enough for a family of 5 with 3 teenaged children. the restaurant and pizzeria and mini market in the building are all excellent!

the walk up the hill! I did know about this when booking but didn’t expect to have a gondola shut one day so we had to walk back up to the apartment carrying skis in ski boots. the mattresses are very hard and the apartment could do with some more subdued lighting.

Very good

In general we had a very nice stay. Easy access to ski rental, restaurants, and local shop in the same building. Check-in was easy and Andrea provided a comprehensive document with all needed details.

During March we were not able to access the main lift area from the location - however the slopes makes it possible to end at the location after a day of skiing. I would not say the location is walking distance to the city. The beds were a bit hard to our liking.

Not much. You can ski in / out if you’re not a beginner otherwise it’s a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive down to the main town centre.

Great place for either a long or short stay! Great views in an awesome resort.

Great place, plenty of space in the flat. It really has everything you need for as long as you want to stay. Absolutely amazing views of the mountain. Great building management.

If you go early season you will need a car to drive down to the lifts. Not a huge drive and if you go early enough there is plenty of room for parking. Make sure you get snow chains on the car though as I assume snow will pile up in high season.
