Good Value. Comfortable stay in a small but well furnished apartment, excellent shower.

The apartment was well furnished, clean, warm and comfortable. Excellent shower which is important on a skiing holiday. The building was quiet, ski locker was convenient and easy to use. Lounge was comfortable, internet and smart TV worked well. The couple of restaurants close by, down the hill, were good and better than they looked from the outside. There was lots of parking available close to the Apartment. The apartment was good value when compared to the other options in the main part of the village.

Initially we did not realise you could cut through the car park just lower to the apartment and get to the slopes that way. First few days we did a lot of walking in ski boots down and up the hill from the nearest lift. It was only on the last day that we found the cut through, which made a massive difference. If you want to go to the main village area it's a good 25min walk down and 25 min back up the hill or a 15 euro (one way) taxi ride, not a major problem but might not suit everyone.

It worth choosing this overall if you are not more than four people.

It was very clean and all the furnishings, tools were new. The view from the balcony was truly beautiful. Cervinia is very expensive and this represents a good balance between quality and price, I’d stay there again in future.

It is non very convenient for the slopes even though there’s a little access 200-300 meters from the front door, but it is necessary to ask for information about this. The car parks were very difficult to find, it is suggestible to leave passengers and luggage close to the building and searching for a place away.

Superb

Nicely decorated, mountain style apartment, appreciated the cosy environment this created. Stunning view from the balcony, great to relax here in the sunshine and enjoy a drink after a day of skiing.

It's quite a walk to the centre of the village, did look like there was a regular bus though. The lifts were not always working.

Disappointing

The apartment is OK but not more. We were four people and could barely fit. Too little storage for clothes.

The house where the apartment is situated is a disaster. The elevators threaten to fall down and the balcony is leaning towards the valley.

very strong cigarette smell, insufficient noise insulation, not enough options to oxigenate place without freezing, window near sofa was impossible to open, no possibility to regulate heating , no assigned parking spot crucial for below zero temperatures, hallway leading to flat not lighted sufficiently, recommend to change flat description: : flat definitely suited for 6 grown ups, maybe for 1 night stay, suitable for couple with young children

Appartamento bello e ristrutturato di recente con tutti gli accessori che servono, bollitore, forno micro onde, lavastoviglie, phonn e saponi per piatti e corpo, stufe elettriche in caso ci siano problemi con il riscaldamento centralizzato. Una notte il riscalamento non è andato ma con le stufette abbiamo sopperito ottimamente Ski room solo per sci, in realtà c'è il posto per gli scarponi ma non è riscaldato e sono messi in modo che si scioglie la neve dallo scarpone va a bagnare quelli sotto, gli scarponi meglio portarli in casa Per chi scia l'accesso alle piste è vicino, l'unica pecca è che c'è da fare a piedi 50 mt in un boschetto ed a secondo del fondo, molta o poca neve, ghiaccio ecc può essere più o meno agevole passarci

Il letto a castello ha i letti leggermente inclinati verso l'esterno, non è gradevole dormire con la sensazione di rotolare per terra. L'host avrebbe potuto interagire meglio e con più accortezza. Come previsto ci ha chiesto di inviargli i documenti ma non ha mai dato un cenno che gli fossero arrivati ed a fine soggiorno mi ha inviato un messaggio in inglese (un copia ed incolla di quello che invia a tutti nemmeno lo sforzo di inviarlo in italiano ) per chiedere di recensirlo. Con zero sforzo in più e un po' di accortezza farebbe sentire il cliente una persona e non .........

Paesaggi e percorsi bellissimi

All’interno l’appartamento è davvero molto molto bello, accogliente e funzionale, i letti comodi e la vista, dall’ampio balcone, davvero mozzafiato, non mancava proprio nulla e la pulizia era al top.

Le zone comuni e le parti esterne ma credo siano in atto lavori di ristrutturazione.

Un accogliente nido vista montagna

La Baita delle marmotte è in una delle tante strutture residence di Cervinia. La struttura complessiva è un po' datata, come la maggior parte delle strutture di Cervinia, ma appena si varca la porta dell'appartamento si entra in Paradiso. Tutto nuovissimo, arredato con gusto, elettrodomestici di prima qualità, un livello di pulizia eccellente! Stoviglie numerose e per ogni esigenza. Un appartamento perfetto, reso ancora più magnifico dalla vista strepitosa sulle montagne!
