Okay, not what we would have expected.

The shower was very hot!

The apartment was very cold and we could not get the portable heater to work. The plug did not fit into the outlets of the apartment and the thermostat in the apartment was turned up and it was still very cold. The washing machine provided did not include a drying feature and no drying rack was provided. The door to the balcony would also not open utilizing the Handel and we could not close the outer door. The location was als much further to the ski slopes than expected and should not be advertised as walkable (roughly 3KM uphill). Not feasiable if there is no car. The bus routes and schedule would also be helpful to include.

- electricity went off multiple times - The big bed were incredibly bad. - I had to wait over a week to get my deposit back and had to remind the owner multiple times

Stabile in fase di ristrutturazione al arrivo secondo ascensore era rotto dopo un paio d’ore e stato sistemato. Letti a castello in entrambi le camere

Struttura così come da descrizione, ottima posizione rispetto alle piste.

La richiesta di cauzione di 100€ restituita poi tramite bonifico senza una precisa data non mi sembra cosa gradita, per il resto nessuna nota negativa.
