Best location at affordable price.

Absolutely priceless location overlooking the slopes and the Matterhorn view from the balcony. Surprisingly quiet, too. Right in town. Normally can't afford such a great location. It was a bit tight with a family of 4 once the beds were out but still bigger than where we were last year! Couldn't sit round the table and have the beds out. Kitchen tiny. I wouldn't recommend for 4 adults but fine for a family. It was a little tired but if it wasn't it would be out of our price range.

It was a really lovely stay and both me and my son loved it.

The location was absolutely perfect. We just crossed the road and got to the chairlift to take us to the slopes. The apartment is small but quite cosy - perfect for 2-3 people and excellent for a ski trip.

I would have liked to have had the room ready at 2pm when we got there, but it was still being cleaned and we had to wait for a couple of hours. In reality it wasn't bad as we still could deposit the luggages in our apartment. However when we needed to check out, and we wanted to keep the luggages at the apartment for a couple more hours, we couldn't. It would help if the apartment block would provide a lock-up room for luggages whilst waiting to leave, especially seeing that checkout is at 10am.

I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone.

The apartment is in a good location.

The sleeping accommodations were terrible. There are 2 sofa beds. One of the sofa beds is terrible and you can't sleep in this bed. It is very thin and the springs are coming through the mattress. The other sofa bed is ok but very uncomfortable. The shower is very small. The kitchen is very small with inadequate cooking facilities.

The great thing about this apartment is the location, just a few steps away from the ski lifts.

I have to say that I had the same problem with the parking of my car as other people already described here. Upon arrival, you land in front of an "restricted, residential area" sign, with cameras. So, I called the host to ask where I can park the car, and was told that I can leave the car in front of the building. This is what I have done and during the check-in at a local real estate agency, my license plate was inserted into the local parking system, and I was told that my car can stay there for the length of my stay. The next day, I found a ticket under the car's wiper. Obviously I sent a message regarding this problem to the host and first, I received an answer that "on booking.com it's clearly stated that there is no parking provided". To my reply that he confirmed me that I can leave the car in front of the building, I received another answer, that "the problem was resolved at his cost". I did call today the Municipal Police to check if that is true, and unfortunately it wasn't. I paid the fine and the host is not answering the phone anymore.

Pleasant

I came to ski with 3 brothers and to say the truth this is was the only place with very normal cancellation rules and with Corona this was prioritized. This property is managed by agency that is closing early at 19:00 and we couldn't make it in time but place owner was super friendly and helped us a lot with it, we got keys from house keeper that is leaving in Cervinia. It is 10 meter from lifts and cashes and this was almost ski-in ski-out experience

The place is really small for 4 people. one bed is ok but the other one is really horrible, we tried to sleep as less as possible though there is nothing to do in Cervinia after 10pm. Kitchen is very small and you have very poor kitchenware there. Agency gives you only 2 blankets and if you ask for more they require payment and in really not polite was. To say the truth the girl was so not polite that after 5 minutes we just left you and gone. They said us that we can park near condominium but didn't add us to the local system and we almost got a fine, our luck that officers were much nicer than the agency.

La posizione in pieno centro permette di lasciare l auto e arrivare ovunque a piedi.

In piena estate so bene che è chiedere troppo avere la possibilità di accendere il riscaldamento ma le basse temperature potrebbero richiederlo.

Ottima posizione per le piste da sci ma poca cura e attenzione dell' ospite.

La vicinanza alle piste da sci

Accoglienza: la portinaia che ci ha accolto è stata molto approssimativa. Mancanza di bidet nel bagno non segnalato, luce in cucina quasi inesistente e luce all' ingresso bruciata. Alcune pentole non compatibili con il piano a induzione e cucina micro. Non parliamo del lavello super minimal che non ci sta' neanche un piatto piano.

Fijne plek voor de wintersport

De plek is echt heel goed. Mooi uitzicht en fijn balkon om op te zitten. Zo dichtbij de skilift is geweldig. Ski-in en ski-out ervaring. De apres-ski is erg gezellig. Geen overlast van gehad. De muziek stopt op tijd. Heel fijn dat er een lift aanwezig is in het appartement, zodat je niet met skies en schoenen via de trap hoeft te lopen. Het is de kleinste keuken die we ooit gezien hebben, je moet opzij stappen om de la open te krijgen, maar alles zit erin. Heel compleet. Boodschappen kan je redelijk dichtbij doen. Best gezellig om met z'n viertjes rond de kleine tafel te eten. Wat in eerdere reviews staat dat de douche lastig te gebruiken is, klopt niet meer. Het is een simpele bediening, één hendel, en een prettige douche. Fijne handdoekpakketten. Zelfs een goede föhn aanwezig. Er is best veel kastruimte. Ook extra dekens als dat nodig zou zijn. Klein beetje verouderd maar fijn studio-appartement op een mooie locatie!

Let op! Er staat in de omschrijving tijdens het boeken, inclusief alle belastingen en toeslagen, maar dit is niet het geval. Er wordt nog €2,50 pppn toeristenbelasting gevraagd. Dit hoort officieel in de omschrijving te staan. Deze accommodatie geeft geen factuur uit als je die wilt inzien. De router voor de WIFI staat in het andere appartement aan de overkant van de gang. Dus af en toe geen of slechte WIFI. Er is geen skikelder dus je skies en schoenen moeten mee naar binnen. Maar de skies kunnen eventueel op het balkon. De slaapbanken hebben we niet uitgeklapt maar als één persoons bed gebruikt. Vanwege de vorige reviews over de slaapbanken hadden we nog 2 luchtbedden mee en 2 dekbedden. Zo hadden we prima ruimte om ieder op ons eigen bedje te slapen. De dekbedden zijn 2-persoons en hebben geen hoes eromheen. Je krijgt een laken waar je onder kan liggen en daar kan je het dekbed overheen leggen.
