About this apartment rental

In the heart of Cervinia village.
Two hundred meters from the start of the chairlifts an apartment of 40 square meters with 4 comfortable beds in an apartment with all amenities. Facing south with views of the Grandes Murailles, Plateau Rosa and Matterhorn. Pizzeria, pubs, restaurants, ATMs, shops, boutiques, disco less than 150 mt.

Accommodation located in a condominium on the third floor, consisting of a "night area" with two bunks (4 beds), a living area with a sofa bed separated by a woodden movable wall from the adjacent dining area. Flat screen TV with DVD player and stereo. Separate kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, hobs, grill / toaster, microwave, blender.
Small entrance with cupboard for clothes, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. South-facing balcony perfect for sunbathing.
Two lifts in the building. Large free car park outside near the building
In winter, from the apartment in three minutes you get to the sky ground where you can catch the ski lifts and chairlifts which can give access to 350 km of slopes of Cervinia, Valtournenche and Zermatt. In summer, many possible excursions and mountaineering activities

The apartment was just right for two people. Stunning views from balcony. Found the futon quite difficult to open up so we left it down,therefore we did not have a settee to sit on. Of course there are two bunk beds. The kitchen is small, but has everything. Unfortunately the toaster/grill is placed out of reach on a top shelf,needing a chair to stand on to use it. We didn’t take the risk.The host Massimo was very friendly and supported us when we ran out of internet. The apartment is very close to the centre of town and about five minute walk from the nursery slope and lifts.Information from the host was very thorough and helpful. It would have been a good idea to have all the information in a file in the apartment as well. The only suggestion we have is the sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases could do with updating.

This apartment in Cervinia is excellent. It's exactly as described and you can tell that Massimo takes huge pride in the place. 3 or 4 mins walk to the ski lifts, less to the main town centre street, 5 mins to the free outside parking. Massimo made the arrival process really straight forward and sent excellent and detailed instructions for everything. We'd love to return.

We very much enjoyed staying at Massimo’s apartment. The place is very close to the main ski lifts and all of the rental shops. We did have to pay an extra fee for towels and bedding, which we did not expect as it was not written on the listing. The host also had someone come see the apartment while we were staying there which was a little weird but no big deal. They were very accommodating overall and I would stay there again.

We were given wrong entrance code and struggled about 40 min in the middle of the night with two small kids. The appartment is outdated, boiler holds enough water for one shower and takes 2 hours to heat up, the hob takes 1 hour to heat up and electric cabels just dangle from the shelf at the level of kids eyes. There is also just one socket for microwave and kettle so either one or the other. Awful experience finished with the cleaning lady telling us we have to leave at 10 despite the owner telling us it is 10:30. Never again!!!!

Ho soggiornato per 8 giorni con la mia famiglia (io, mia moglie e due bambini di 6 e 4 anni) nel mese di agosto. Alloggio molto accogliente, confortevole, pulito e dotato di tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Il proprietraio si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è comodissima in quanto si trova proprio nel centro del paese. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Veniamo ormai a Cervinia da diversi anni e questo appartamento è senz'altro stato il migliore per svariati motivi : molto ben equipaggiato, vicino alle piste, posizione centralissima, comodissimo per scaricare i bagagli e l'attrezzatura nel garage interrato ( nel caso di nevicata è un plus sia all'arrivo che alla partenza ! ) e soprattutto il padrone di casa si è dimostrato gentilissimo, così come la custode del condominio. Speriamo vivamente di poter ritornare per la neve del 2016………..grazie !!!!

L'appartamento è piccino ma molto accogliente, fornito di tutto il necessario per sentirsi subito a casa! L'accoglienza è resa speciale anche grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilità del padrone di casa, sempre pronto ad aiutare in caso di necessità. La posizione è perfetta sia per la vicinanza alle piste (veramente di fronte casa) sia per la posizione centrale a Cervinia, essenziale per avere pieno accesso a locali e servizi anche per chi arriva senza auto. Veramente un alloggio da consigliare in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno! Speriamo di tornare presto.

The apartment it´s very close to the slopes (arround 40 metres). It´s very comfortable, have washing machine, dishwasher... The kitchen is new. The owner is a thougthful and helpful person, before of your arrival he is in contact frecuently. Highly recommended Apartamento muy bien ubicado en el pueblo de Cervinia, cerca de las pistas de esqui, es amplio y con la cocina renovada. El dueño es muy atento y lo tiene muy bien organizado. Muy recomendable.

Cervinia non delude mai, come l'alloggio che ho avuto modo di affittare! E' situato in pieno centro del paese (a pochissimi metri dalla via principale)e a due passi dagli impianti sciistici (seggiovia e campetto attrezzato per i bambini). All'interno l'alloggio si presenta molto accogliente e organizzato nonostante le dimensioni relativamente piccole, ogni cosa è posizionata in modo tale da poter sfruttare al massimo l'ambiente. La cucina ha tutto quello che serve, 2 fuochi, un piccolo forno,forno a microonde, frigo e lavastoviglie (ottimo!). La zona notte dove c'è il divano letto matrimoniale è isolata rispetto alla cucina da un separè in legno, l'altra camera invece è divisa da una porta scorrevole. Nel corridoio c'è una comoda cassapanca per togliersi gli scarponi o appoggiare le borse, in più il portasci che permette di non gocciolare in casa. Consiglio vivamente a coppie, famiglie con bambini e gruppi di amici, in quanto adattabile a ogni esigenza! Spero di tornare in futuro, Andrea
