First time skiing in Italy and it was Wonderful! The hostess was responsive and thorough! She sent a video about exactly hot to get the keys and into the apartment. When there was a problem, she was quick to respond and was super fair. Such an understanding and civil host we have rarely had. They thought of everything - enough toilet paper, salt, coffee, etc. makes all the difference. We are definitely coming back!
The hot water and heating went down in the whole building but that happens and the hostess was super accommodating. Otherwise, there is nothing that I would complain about and you know from my other reviews that I am great at complaining. 😂

Location and access to pistes.
More amenities needed in the kitchen. A microwave would really help food preparation. More glasses needed also.
