Miserable Kommunikation aber gute Ausstattung
Sehr gute Küchenausstattung (abgesehen von einem Geschirrspüler und einer gewöhnlichen Kaffeemaschine). Sehr gute Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Verschiedene Spiele und Spielkarten vorhanden. Größe des Apartments für 3 Erwachsene okay.
Eine Kommunikation mit der betreuenden Agentur war quasi nicht existent. Anfragen blieben mehrfach unbeantwortet und Zusagen (wie beispielsweise das KFZ-Kennzeichen für die Zufahrt zum Gebäude einzutragen) wurden nicht eingehalten. Die Kaution wurde erst nach mehrmaligen Bitten zurückerstattet. Der Ausbau des Wohnzimmers ist stilistisch und handwerklich leider ein vollkommenes Durcheinander. Ein Kaffezubereitung ohne Kapseln wäre schön gewesen. Ebenso eine Heizung für Skischuhe im Skikeller, damit sie am nächsten Tag wieder trocken sind. Vorheriger Großeinkauf wird empfohlen, da die lokalen "Supermärkte" unverschämt teuer sind (halbes Toastbrot für 4,50 €).
