About this apartment rental

The apartment is located 50m away. from the cable cars of Cervinia, to 150 mt. from the center of the village.
Structured over 2 floors, the apartment consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the entrance floor there are 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom, kitchen and dining room. In the large mezzanine, which houses the second double bedroom and the second bathroom, the beautiful fireplace dominates, the ski storage on the street level is available, as well as the garage (for cars under 180 cm in height). Ideal apartment for a large family, for 2 families or a group of friends, very convenient for its proximity to the ski resorts, 2 steps from the shops in the center.
The village is 25 minutes from the Chatillon motorway exit, 30 from the capital Aosta, 1 hour from Turin.
Cervinia is the ideal base for those who practice winter sports, to get to know the Aosta Valley and for lovers of trekking, mountaineering or golf during the summer.

So I get it that if you own an apartment in a popular ski resort, you don't have to kit it out like other accomodation but it did feel a bit like this. A weird and less-than-helpful selection of kitchen equipment and no oven (I'm sure the listing mentioned this but I didn't notice that and self-catering for a week with just a hob and microwave is a bit limiting) made for frustrating catering. Contact with the owner was excellent and Marco answered all our questions in good time, and was friendly and professional. The beds were not very comfortable and the duvets had no covers - just a single sheet to sleep under with the uncovered duvet over the.top.Very well positioned for the slopes - we had a brilliant week skiing.

The property was warm and comfortable, and well laid out; it easily accommodated six adults for a week for a skiing holiday. It is located very close to the slopes and main lift stations; and is an easy walk into the town centre. It is possible to ski close to the property, both in and out, if conditions allow. The property, and Cervinia itself, were fantastic and I would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Communication with Marco was excellent, anytime I had an enquiry he would reply very quickly. The apartment was roomy and had everything we needed. I think it could do with a makeover now as things are getting a bit tired and worn but still are usable.

Excellent value for money property. We were 4 adults and it suited us well. The location was sound with a short walk to and from the slopes (even with apres ski) and the town (offering good value for money). Of note, Marco was excellent in terms of communication which made the holiday run really smoothly. I would stay there again.

Marco was a great host very communicative and quick to rectify any problems. Great chalet with lots of space and 2 bathrooms and comfortable. I have let Marco know about the issues we had, namely no duvet covers, no chopping board, WiFi didn’t work and nor did either tv or the dishwasher (I cleaned the filter and it worked again) but he appreciated my feedback and said would amend after our stay. I would return but only if these things worked. All in all a lovely resort!

The apartment is a bit worn down but it met our expectations and has a great location close to both slopes and city. The host, Marco, was great and easy to get in contact with. We enjoyed our stay.

Marco's appartment has a lot of old charm and is really spacious which we loved. Marco was fantastic at answering questions which was really helpful. We couldn't find a toaster and he arranged for one to be delivered within a couple of hours. The beds were comfortable and the place was lovely and warm. It's an uphill walk from the town to the appartment but manageable if you are fit. We could ski virtually to and from the end of the driveway, but tended to walk to the bubble car in the morning which was a 10/15 minute downhill walk. Overall I would definitely recommend staying at Marco's. The skiing was fantastic too.

Marco’s apartment had everything you would need. It was warm, plenty of hot water, you could ski in ski out after a short walk, a garage and an extremely useful washing machine! His communication was super fast and nothing was a problem. Our flight was cancelled going home and we were left with 2 nights with nowhere to stay. After contacting Marco he gave up his Sunday to find us a similar apartment which saved the day. I cannot fault a single thing about our holiday (except British Airways!) and will DEFINITELY be back here to stay again in this comfortable and homely apartment. Many thanks Marco.

I think the photos don't do the place justice. It was much bigger than we thought. Very clean and tidy and it has everything one needs. I would definitely go there again and recommend it to others. Close to the cable car to Plateau Maison which is a nice central place to base yourself for a day of skiing. And if you are a good skier you can almost ski back to the door on a red slope.

Great apartment comfortable and homely with a ‘lived in’ relaxed feel and plenty of space, close to the slopes and all amenities within walking distance. Helpful concierge. Great resort with lots of slopes for intermediate skiers and excellent links to Zermatt too. The Matterhorn is right there in all your holiday snaps too!
