Great stay at a great place and location

Great location in center of town. Short distance from mini markets, bakery, restaurants and bar. Short 5 min walk to the bottom of the ski lift (10 min to gondola)

We had a lovely stay and time in Cervinia

Great location for town facilities and ski lift but would recommend ski lockers as steep drive to apartment and can be icy. Quiet location and quiet within the apartment block. Good kitchen facilities. Good clothes storage and hooks for hanging ski kit.

Softer/squishy bed pillows. The sofa isn’t very comfy if watching tv as no real back to it and goes into the eaves but we were out most nights.

Cozy, Centrally Situated Apartment

Great communication with the owner. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-located in the city center with a lovely view from the small balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped with thoughtful extras like spices, tea, and coffee. The building has a ski locker and a bench for putting on ski boots, which was handy.

There are some minor issues that are worth mentioning for people with young kids or mobility issues. It is flat on the 4th floor without lift in the lofts so be careful of slanted roof. The block of flats is on the steep road so you can’t drive there when is snow. There is a free parking near the tunnel but it was full when we arrived and police was encourage drivers to use the parking before the tunnel. We were lucky to find the paid parking in the city center for the first day and in the evening we moved our car to the parking near the tunnel (around 10 minutes walking). It was difficult to find the flat as google map was showing different location. We appreciated when mum (she lives on the ground floor) of the host came to the main street to show us the way. There was no electricity several times in the evening when we were cooking. We contacted the owner who explained there were too many appliances turned on in the same time. We were using maybe 3 hobs at that time. We were advised to turned off the water boiler in the bathroom to avoid this issue and press the button in the electric panel downstairs near the ski lockers. I found it quite frustraiting but I was told owners mum couldn’t find any engineer during holiday season. Also there was extremely hot water from shower and taps that was difficult to adjust. My kids were sleeping on the sofa bed and apparently the heater was laud occasionally. Beds were comfortable, however I didn’t like the very thick plastic mattress protector, which felt a bit like hospital bedding. The foldable chairs and table in the kitchen were also uncomfortable.

Apt was clean and contained all we needed. The WiFi was good

We missed the additional cost for linens and towels when booking. It is only one bedroom. Additional beds are in the living/kitchen area. It is in a 4th floor attic space so care needed to avoid hitting your head off the slanted roof. Lastly the very steep road/path into the apt is very icy and was only gritted on the last 2 days of our week.

Fantastic apartment for a couple or family

Excellent location, right in the center. Walking distance to the slopes and town. The apartment is well equipped and was very clean upon arrival. There’s a nice balcony and view. The building is also very well maintained. The host was very responsive.

There are a bunch of stairs, but that’s not such a big deal unless you have very little kids or trouble walking.
