Good however the parking situation left a sour taste sadly

The coziness and warmth of the apartment

On booking.com it states there is free parking on site. However, there is not. The only reason we hired a car was due to us thinking there would be free parking at the apartment. This resulted in us getting a parking fine of €30. We were not happy with this.

Lovely Apartment

Practically anything you can wish for packed into this not big apartment. Host was friendly and helpful. Clean, ventilated, lighted. View from balcony. Very comfortable beds

We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment had absolutely everything we needed — every detail was thought of, and we felt completely at home. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. She even left us food, which was simply amazing, especially since we arrived very late and many restaurants were closed due to the off-season. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. The view of the mountains from the apartment was stunning and made our stay even more special. Highly recommended — we would definitely come back!

The kindness of the hosts shines through in this cosy place, so I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

Our hostess was the kindest, most helpful person ever. She stocked the apartment with a huge amount of delicious local treats. We were overwhelmed by her generosity. For skiing in May, when you need to use the cable cars rather than the chairlifts at Cretaz, the location is fantastic. It's a 5 minute walk to the lift with small kids, the main car park is 2 minutes and walking to town is 3 minutes. The town was very quiet, as we expected, but there were still a couple of bars and restaurants open. We had snow to village level the night we arrived, a first day of blizzard conditions with fresh powder and occasional glimpses of sun and completely deserted slopes. The next day was bluebird and the snow perfect, so we had amazing conditions. Back 'home' we were entirely comfortable, with an electric fire that looked like a real fire providing cosiness, compact but really well-designed space, a balcony with gorgeous views, loads of hot water and excellent mattresses. My daughter fell over on our second last day and hurt her leg. I asked Barbara if we could check out late on the final day and offered to pay, and because nobody was booked in she was very gracious and said we could leave whenever we needed - she also refused any extra payment. I was so grateful, and she made a stressful situation much easier for us.

We have just returned from a wonderful family week of skiing and highly recommend this lovely well located apartment. Our host, Barbara, met us with the keys and showed us around the apartment. She is a very warm person and was so helpful and welcoming on our arrival - and then throughout the week when we had a couple of questions or wanted a restaurant recommendations. She had even stocked the kitchen with some food and goodies which were very welcome as we arrived late at night after a long journey. Barbara has created the most lovely apartment. It might be compact but it so cleverly laid out and thoughtfully set up, it has everything you need (and more!) and it never felt small for our family of four (boys 14 and 12). It's lovely and quiet with beautiful views of the mountains. It's also very comfortable, cosy and perfectly located - a very short walk to the lift in the morning, you can ski back to the door at the end of the day (Cielo Alto ski run) and store your skis and boots in the locker downstairs, there is ski hire next door, a supermarket just round the corner and its 3 minute walk to the village.

An outstanding apartment for a family of four, taken to the next level by the care and generosity of the hosts warm welc

A compact but well laid out and exceptionally appointed, as well as brilliantly located, apartment with the very warmest of welcomes from Barbara who went to such lengths to make our Christmas visit so very special. Perfect location between the town centre and the main gondola, and close to the main supermarket, Window on the Mountain made for a perfect Christmas skiing break in Cervinia.

Amazing place to stay with so many treats!

Amazing apartment for our family of four, right in centre of town closer to everything. We arrived to a beautiful view from the apartment with kids of treats for the kids and us after our drive, was magical! The kids wanted to go tobogganning and the owner brought us over slides to go down the hill on, made the day for the kids!

Bathroom could have been bigger, but it served us fine.

A great little family stay away in the mountains.

Beautiful location. Well maintained, clean, homely and with great facilities. The room had a personal touch which we loved with a stocked kitchen and amazing snacks ready for us upon arrival. The host was lovely and very helpful.

Felt like coming home

The apartment is a great little haven right close to the middle of town, Easy walk to everything. There is a beautiful view down the mountain and Barbara was a great host. She was quick to respond to my inquiries and she was there to greet us upon arrival. There were storage spaces downstairs in the basement for ski equipment. We were getting into town late and she reached out to a local restaurant to make sure that they would stay open long enough to feed us. Everyone was very gracious!

Parking is down in the square. While it is a short walk, it is up hill to get to the property.

Our first time skiing as a family. The kids loved it, as did we. Barbara was the most amazing host.

Location was amazing. 5 minutes to the centre of Cervinia. Mountain views from the balcony. Supermarket within 2 mins. Quiet at night to give us a chance to recover from skiing …and we all slept amazingly well.

The apartment was equipped with all the comforts of home and the hostess was exceptionally nice.

The hostess (Barbara) was extremely kind and generous, when we arrived we called and she was down in 5 minutes with the keys. She made it known all the food was available to us (a full fridge worth — pancetta, sodas, fresh fruit, beer, and liquor). She clearly prioritzed the comfort of her guests like no other booking.com host I’ve met; we noticed a lack of laundry detergent around 10:00pm and messaged her over WhatsApp. She responded almost instantly and within 15 minutes there was a delivery man at the door with a bag of laundry pods. The apartment itself was comfortable, very well-equipped, and had a balcony with an incredible mountain view you would expect from a much more expensive property.

Use of linens (towels and sheets) cost €10 per person, so you may be caught off-guard if you don’t have sleeping bags.
