Great apartment, fabulous views, out of town but good value for money!

Its quite a way out of the village, so either a long walk, catch irregular bus or pay 15 Euros per person for a taxi

It could be good, but is not

Living room was great, wit a new TV. The view from the balcony over the mountain was awsome

I start by saying that I am not convinced the money we paid for this property reflects the value it has. Why? - the location: in full winter it is difficult to reach without wheel chains, as the road is full of snow and not clean. Later on, speaking with locals, we have been told that even the bus-navetta is called Charon, after the boatman of Hades, since the place is hellish. - parking: the building has a covered parking but we did not have access to it. We got a parking fine for parking on the road where not allowed, while car was under half meter of snow; I wish this fine was paid by the owner of this apartment. - the fridge, probably 40+ years old was not working properly: the freezing drawer was iced, the temperature wheel was turning loose and not turning cold for a bit. Light was off. - the temperature regulation: heating system was" alive on its own", we tried to reprogram the temperature, but we could not get less that 21 deg in the room. It was too hot and dry to sleep, air quality was bad even with the window open. - foldable mattress were uncomfortable: we had to pile up the two of them to get some rest. -cleanliness: I had the genuine impression the "cleaning agency" knows how to clean all the walkable areas, but did not have a grip on the inside of the drawers/cupboard in a while. The dishwasher is probably still full of the dishes left from the previous guests by now, while the drawers of the little room came with a collection of used napkins. - disrespectful behaviour of the receptionist: when in need of a shovel to remove the snow, this lady, 24/7 speaking on her private phone, answered me through the glass door, not opening the door, not even stopping talking at the phone. I did not look like a robber, yet :) - cleanliness of the building: we cannot argue about its age. For cult movies connoisseurs, "Shining" by Kubrick could have been filmed here. It could be even fun.

Logistica de ski complicada. Imposible aparcar.

La vista a la montaña y la amabilidad del dueño.

Logistica muy mala para esquiar. Imposible aparcar a menos de 20 minutos a pie, bajando una cuesta empinada hacia el centro porque estan clausurados los parking de los edificios y en la calle ponen multas. A las pistas el acceso tampoco es directo. El bus al centro y funivia termina a las 19.30 y a menudo va lleno. El edificio tiene una falta de mantenimiento evidente. El apartamento tiene todo menos m2 y armarios..muy justo para 5. Baño algo antiguo.

Struttura veramente eccezionale sotto ogni punto di vista. Ottima anche l'assistenza da parte del personale.

Comprensorio con viste spettacolari

Per chi non ha aspettative da hotel 3/4 stelle, sebbene le aree comuni debbano essere rifatte, l’appartamento era pulito, confortevole per tre persone (fino a 5 ok) e caldo. Vista alla finestra spettacolare, dal parcheggio un sentierino di 20 metri porta alla pista. Bello anche freeride nel boschetto sopra il palazzo.

Vacanze estive Cristina e famiglia

Appartamento pulito ed accogliente. Dotato di tutto il necessario. Zona cucina con microonde e piccola lavastoviglie comodissima. Zona soggiorno con due divani letto matrimoniali. Piccola cameretta con letti a castello. Soprastante singolo, sottostante matrimoniale. TV e rete internet. Balcone vista mozzafiato. Parcheggio libero sottostante la struttura altrimenti poco più giù. Gentilezza dei proprietari con indicazioni precise ancora prima del ns arrivo. Pulito e profumato. Aspetto a cui noi teniamo molto.

Pressoché nulla. L'appartamento è ristrutturato. Purtroppo il divano letto non è comodissimo pur essendo un bel divano. Risicato il guardaroba solo presente in cameretta. Peccato per il residence in se. Parti comuni lasciate un po' andare. Un vero peccato per il potenziale. Appartamento invece top. Grazie del bel soggiorno. Cervinia fantastica. Ottimale per famiglie con bambini come noi. Torneremo

Appartamento carino

L’appartamento è carino, ben accessoriato, buono il livello di pulizia. Bella la vista. Si raggiungono facilmente le piste senza prendere l’auto. Il condominio è silenzioso, si riposa bene

Il condominio è vecchio ed avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione. Di tre ascensori uno solo è funzionante, alla fine del soggiorno si è rotto ed abbiamo dovuto portare tutti i bagagli a piedi per sette piani di scale. La portineria è poco presente e assolutamente inefficiente, gli addetti alla portineria maleducati e scortesi

Douche was slecht: bijzonder klein (80x80 cm). er was net voldoende warm water voor twee keer douchen achter elkaar. Verlichting was enorm fel: er waren een paar "schijnwerpers" die je niet kon dimmen. Uit nood hebben we kaarsen gekocht. Bedden waren of kort (stapelbed: 1.90 m) of doorgezakte slaapbanken. Zelden zo slecht geslapen.
