Great VFM

The staff was great and helped us with everything. They even gave us extra provisions when asked to which was highly appreciated. The apartment was comfy even though it is old and needs some renovation work. It had enough space to cook and also hang out in the living room. The location was a bit far from the main village but was close to the ski piste and to public transport. The price was very good value for money. It also had a ski room (not heated).

The bed mattresses were very old and uncomfortable. They should be replaced by new ones. Also the bathroom ceiling needs a fresh layer of paint due to the steam. The kitchen fan is not very strong and the smells from cooking spread to the apartment very quickly.

Comfortable - access to ski slope (not beginners). Relatively close to center.

Free street Parking available but very busy at peak times with most cars parked in ‘no parking’ areas with fines distributed daily. (Ski bus is however easily accessible)

The place was clean, the host met us atarriving

In the room was cold. The system was set at 20 degrees and once they were reached it stopped working. The problem was that the termostat was far from the outer walls, the insulation is not good and cold and at times wind is coming through the walls. At times it was so cold and we had to stay with our ski equipment. We asked the owner to increase the temperature and he had to come and do this by code. He increased to 21 degree, which was a little bit better. The hot water volume was 100 litres for a room of 5 and we had to wait in the evenings to take showers

saved by being in a great town. tried to spend as little time in the apartment as possible.

apartment was nothing like advertised. spoke to the host who explained that all of the apartments are pictured on the website and this is the one that I had chosen, they aren’t and it wasn’t. more like a kennel than ski apartment.

We enjoyed our stay anyway. This is a budget accommodation for friend groups.

No breakfast included. It is easy to get to the slopes by skis if you have intermediate+ skiing skills. You need to ride through a short forest area to get into the slopes. Getting back is a little bit more tricky. Again you need to ride through a forest area but far longer this time. It can be a little bit difficult if you have no experience of forest rides and/or soft snow.

The accommodation building is in semi poor condition. It has not been renovated or maintained properly and seems almost like it is being "used to its very end" until dismantled. There are cracks in the walls and stairways and the floor carpet which is also fitted on the walls is in poor condition. The ski room does not have a good holder for ski boots to dry them up during the nights. The walk to the centre of Cervinia takes about 20 minutes and is not a problem. Coming back up to the mountain in the evening however is some work for your already tired legs.

Basic but clean apartment- as described. spacious for 3 of us. good value and manager of property very helpful

property was further from centre of resort than we thought. No doors on the bedrooms was a surprise but as family wasn’t big issue. Glad we had a car.

excellent stay - read the description first and you will not be disappointed

the apartment is admittedly small, but it really does have everything you need for a family stay. we particularly appreciated the transparency of the description (including 3D floor plan!) so that what you see is what you get. also, very impressed with Fulvio’s responsiveness (instant replies on the smallest query, eg how to reset the stovetop), and the kindness and efficiency of the concierge on site. finally, we liked how the small space was exceptionally well arranged and divided to provide space for all needs, in a simple style.

there is absolutely no view from the windows, which are high up on the end wall, and look into a narrow courtyard and a wall beyond. BUT this is made clear in the description, so no surprises and certainly no disappointment.

Rooms was very small but fresh, kitchenette did all it has to, no problems. Internet not to fast but acceptable. Price better then in most other options available.

There was no breakfast option around. We did not find promised slope direct access, so always have to relay on car or bus. Shower leaking to floor all the time you use it. Ski storage with no space for 5 pairs of skies and boots, without heating. Room is ok but building is in pretty bad condition. View to concrete wall.

Nice location, excellent quality-price balance

It’s a good place to ski in Cervinia. Excellent price for the location, the apartments are well organized.

It could be improved with more care with the details, furniture and cleaning. Skiing door to door it’a not for everyone - you need to be a good skier and it is not easy to find the paths. Yet there is a good and frequent ski bus.

Dull knifes. Bed sheets, which needs to be paid 15 €, are just sheets. For that price one should expect a duvet cover not just a regular sheet over which a duvet, with questionable history, is used for warmth during the night.

ok for the short stay but there are much better options, I wouldn’t choose this again.

the inside layout was quite good and the fridge was big.

the house itself where the apartment is in is completely run down, torn carpet, mould on the walls, very cold in the hallways, mgmt does not speak English. Only 1 key available, pre-set, way too cold (19C) central heating, you get sheets only and a blank duvet with stains on. no double bed in any of the rooms, when pushed together beds slip apart on the floor. kitchen doesn’t have proper cooking spoon or cutting board and not even 5 spoons for 5 people. no view at all other than in a wall, it is below main ground level. shower could use a door.

Studio accommodation that is perfect for a budget ski trip

Nice, small and basic studio apartment. It has everything you need, but is not luxurious. It worked perfectly for a family of four, out early to ski all day and back for a hot shower before heading off to town for meals. There is a kitchenette, but we were taking advantage of the good food in town. Best to have a car (buses leave from the front door, but only runs until 830pm. I assume there are taxis for later) Fulvio was a friendly, responsive and very helpful host.

No dislikes. Building is dated but the apartment is fine, but should be noted that it is a short distance from the town centre and main ski lifts. You need a car or the bus (fairly regular) or a long walk to get to town or the main ski lifts. The nearest lift is, theoretically, walking distance but I would want to do it in ski boots and carrying skis.

The host met us with the keys and showed us around, they were very helpful with any issues that we had.

The ski lift by the apartment wasn’t running while we were there so we had to take the bus every day to the main lifts in town.

I stayed here with my friends, the location is great! from there you can go for a hike and there are beautiful lagos you can visit. The place's also near to the city center where you find places to eat and relax. The apartment is very quite and clean!

Fair option if you don't plan to spend much time in the apartment

There are plenty of parking lots next to the place. Apartment was clean, everything matches description. Fair price.

Not every room has balcony. We got kind of apartment which was ~100 euro more expensive than cheapest, but still no balcony. Having a balcony when you are in the mountains is essential. To be fair, it matches description. Ski-in ski-out option won't work for everyone, I saw people struggling as way goes through the forest and is steep at some points. Building seems to know better times, going to the restaurant or for shopping still requires going to the valley. The sink was leaking in our room. Coffee maker had some mold on it. No dishwasher tabs were provided, hopefully the ones we've left will remain there.

V apartmánu bylo vše potřebné k pobytu , jen spaní je trochu krkolomné - 2 lůžka jsou dostupná po strmých schodech a horní prostor na spaní je tím pádem nízký, ve spodní části je dvoulůžko
