Migliorerei la pulizia generale dell’appartamento. Anche il palazzo, pur trattandosi di un aspetto che non dipende direttamente dall’host, si presenta piuttosto trascurato e in condizioni non ottimali.

The place was clean, the host met us atarriving

In the room was cold. The system was set at 20 degrees and once they were reached it stopped working. The problem was that the termostat was far from the outer walls, the insulation is not good and cold and at times wind is coming through the walls. At times it was so cold and we had to stay with our ski equipment. We asked the owner to increase the temperature and he had to come and do this by code.
