Apartment in mountains with little support from owners

There was a good amount of space

Different things didn’t work initially so I needed to be in contact with the owners but later on the owners wouldn’t respond to my calls or messages. This place was up a mountain and there was a snow storm. I needed additional support which I got from strangers but not from the owners. Additionally the bed was hard and microwave didn’t work.

we chose this property because of the low budget of one person in our group. We expected it not to be a 5-star hotel. But we did not expect the tourist tax to be like for the best hotel. In December 2024 we were in Cervinia for Christmas in a 2-star hotel and the hotel charged us a tourist tax of 1 euro per night. The owner of this rather cramped apartment charges 5 euros per person for 1 night. Such a fee is charged in a 5-star hotel, which has nothing to do with this place. I advise you to analyze it, because it arouses very bad emotions. I have attached the screenshot of correspondence with the owner. "Usually the prices vary from 1 to 5 euros per night based on the type of accommodation and the stars of the hotel"

Nice but simple apartment with awesome views over mountains and short walk to ski.

Only 50 meters to ski but around 2 kilometers to town. There is a ski bus stop close to the apartment. Clean apartment with excellent views over the mountains. Excellent downhill ski area and excellent restaurants both in the town and within the ski area.

Kitchen could be a bit more roomy. The house is quite old but it has still good value for the money.

Tutto Ci hanno cambiato appartamento perché c’era una perdita d acqua in casa C’è stato assegnato un appartamento da 3 in 5 con due cani nel retro del palazzo con tutta la spazzatura fuori dal terrazzo e appartamento non pulito adeguatamente

Il boiler dell’acqua calda ci ha messo tutta la notte per rendere appena tiepida l’acqua. Quando siamo arrivati non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia. L’appartamento richiede manutenzione: la finestra che porta sul balcone non si riesce ad aprire, la tv praticamente non prende mai e alcune accessori della cucina sono da buttare!

Ottima posizione dell'appartamento. Panorama dalla finestra superlativo. Temperatura dell'appartamento molto confortevole. Vicinanza in auto con centro abitato.

Abbiamo frequentato altri stabili e appartamenti di questa tipologia ma questo è davvero trascurato dal punto di vista della manutenzione, disposizione. Sia L'appartamento che lo stabile avrebbero un potenziale enorme data la posizione. Su cinque ascensori ne funzionava solo uno. Nell'appartamento funzionavano solo alcune prese della corrente. La biancheria così così per fortuna la proprietaria ce l'ha sostituita. Ci abbiamo messo un po' a trovare il collegamento con le piste perché ci sono state date indicazioni probabilmente errate. Non abbiamo interagito dal vivo con nessuno. E' davvero un peccato perché con pochi accorgimenti davvero poco costosi l'esperienza di soggiorno cambierebbe completamente per gli affittuari.
