Week stay to enjoy Zermatt skiing

The location relative to the railway, free bus to the ski mountain, grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. Just a few short steps - literally. And also, super hot water access, and anole kitchen dish ware for two guests. We had mountain view and comfortable bedding.

Lack of complimentary towels and toiletry services. Available upon request for a cost. I think we should have at least two sets of towels for 6 night stay.

The studio is extremely well located and I would happily recommend it to a friend or rebook myself.

The room was spacious and the kitchen and bathroom were very functional. There were clear instructions about how to collect the room key.

There were very few "basics" in the kitchen, such as cooking oil or washing up detergent. I had to purchase both and it was slightly inconvenient.

Cheap furniture and design, not a cozy atmosphere, not very well maintained. No way to turn on the bathroom lights without switching on the very loud ventilation.

Great Location, close to station.

Excellent location, view of the Matterhorn from all rooms, which enabled us to view the sunrise on the Matterhorn from the property itself.

Toaster and microwave were missing, which made it a bit uncomfortable for heating the food.

Wonderful, would stay again

The Matterhorn view from the big balcony was amazing. Breakfast choices were plentiful and its staff were lovely. Check-in process was a bit weird but super easy. Communication beforehand from property was great. Room was spacious and nice.

Construction in the next building over slightly impeded our view. I was not a fan of the bathroom colour (personal preference).

We liked everything about the property!The flat was spacious with comfortable bed and very well equipped kitchen with higher end quality appliances. Location was great! 3 minutes to village center and shops, views of Matterhorn from the flat and outside sitting area! Quiet location. Although we didn’t meet with the hosts or staff, we didn’t needed to as everything was prepared and organised for us ! Swiss quality from start to end!

Fantastic place to stay

Lovely apartment. Beds very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped well to cook simple meals. Balcony with view of the Matterhorn was exceptional. Very close to centre of Zermatt and a 12 min walk from lifts.

Communication could have been better as staff at Europe hotel respond to messages but have little understanding of the apartments and facilities. But they were incredibly kind.

Great for self- catering - kitchenette unit with all necessary equipment including oven & hob - allowed us to save some money by making our own meals & drinks. Nespresso machine available with pods. Straight forward check-in process. Patio area outside our room with seating and view of the Matterhorn. Clean & modern room. More budget friendly than other hotel options locally. An easy 10 minute walk from the station.

Shared unattended luggage storage, not hugely secure. Otherwise very happy with the room

The property is convenient to much of Zermatt. The studio is spacious and has everything you need.

A little confusion checking in as it was last minute. The staff were great in accommodating me while I waited in town. Provided a shuttle to transfer luggage I stored at another they owned.

Beautiful place to stay while in Zermatt - close to everything and very homelike.

Location was fantastic. Beautiful views of Matterhorn. The apartment was much larger than we expected - 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, eat-in kitchen, living area and balcony. Enjoyed being able to cook meals. Very comfortable!

Maybe please have some salt available for cooking.

Would consider staying again but would also search for another location first. Price was okay for what you get.

The balcony faces the Matterhorn. The room was well decorated and clean. The mini kitchen was nice.

We could not find our room. The directions were to go to the back of the building there were two paths to the back of the building. That led to two different sets of rooms. The directions could have been more clear. We noticed other guests struggling to find their room location. There was no soap in the shower. The container was empty. Our room was up a few outside steps and then up a hill path behind the building. The next door apartment guests were noisy early each morning making phone calls on their balcony at 6 am. We could hear all of the conversations in summer because the windows had to be open. There is no fan no AC. Location is nice but there’s construction right in front of the balconies.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the train station. While I stayed on level 4 and had to carry my luggage up one flight of stairs, it wasn’t too difficult since the building is next to a slope. The view of the Matterhorn from the hotel premises was a highlight, even though it wasn’t directly visible from my room. Service was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Exceptional apartment

We had the ground floor studio overlooking the garden. It had everything we needed, was very clean and the staff/owners were very helpful when we wanted to borrow a travel adapter. The location was perfect essy walk to the main shops, supermarket round the corner. Ideal if you are bringing a dog as there is a little garden and they provided bowls/towel/blanket for the dog too. Couldnt recommend it highly emough

The only slight negative was we found the bed to be too soft for us.

Fabulous view of the Matterhorn from the balcony, and from the other side from the kitchen. Clean and comfortable, convenient to the train.

Not enough coffee. Noisy bathroom fan. Suggest replace kitchen knobs- The stylish knobs in the kitchen had sharp edges and were painful to use without padding it with a towel. No salt. No microwave.

Stunning Matterhorn view right from the balcony.

Check-in was very easy—the instructions were clearly placed on a table at the entrance of the apartment. The balcony view was absolutely splendid, and we were lucky to catch a clear view of the Matterhorn even on a cloudy day. The apartment is conveniently located near the train station, making it a great base for exploring the area. Inside, everything was very clean. The shower water pressure was strong, and we especially loved the idea of having a bathtub—it added a nice touch of relaxation. The space is generous and we had a truly restful stay. The bed was extremely comfortable! The kitchen was well-equipped, although we couldn’t find a bread toaster.

Zermatt city center with Matterhorn view

Small but cozy studio in the heart of Zermatt. The host was super friendly, accommodated all special requests, and was very supportive. Studio was equipped with everything for daily life, including salt, pepper, and several other kitchen supplies.

Lovely apartment, with an incredible view!

The apartment was clean, modern and a good size for 2 people. The location was great, and within walking distance of the main town and ski lifts. The view from the room of the Matterhorn was absolutely incredible and we enjoyed a morning coffee out on the balcony each day. Overall, the apartment was lovely and had everything we needed.

I had intended to bake a birthday cake as we were away to celebrate my Mum's birthday, unfortunately our oven did not work. I didn't bother contacting the hosts as we managed to buy a cake in the village & it saved me a lot of hassle, but it was quite annoying when I had brought all the baking supplies with me!
