Everything . 400 mts from train station and very much connected to the main walking market of the city. Amazing view of the matterhorn. While booking do book room with Matterhorn view.

The location was ideal, most of the facilities were all that were needed. The view of the Matterhorn was good
For us the beds were too soft. The guest above is either not aware of or weren't bothered about the quiet hours as they were scrapping furniture late in to the night. Maybe having something on the welcome leaflet may be an idea

Initial room below expectations. Staff sympathetic and helpful and upgrade was achieved. This process was stressful after long journey.
