Excellent breakfast. A good sized room- had plenty of room for gear and to move around.

We were there for 5 days and our room was not serviced once. Even the bins were overflowing when we left, because we did not know where to drop off the garbage.

Apartments Butterfly Zermatt is located within easy walking distance from the main train station and all local facilities. Check in was at the Hotel Butterfly just a few metres from the apartments and staff were very pleased to explain all apartment features and amenities. The apartment was well appointed, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was available daily in the Hotel Butterfly with a good range of freshly prepared tasty hot food and cold buffet items. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly and contributed to an exceptional stay in Zermatt!

Nothing could have been done better! All aspects of Apartments Butterfly Zermatt were of a very high standard. Staff were always very attentive and willing to help guests.

The location was perfect, very near the arrival train station. The breakfast was great, good choice and quality.

The room was a lot smaller than anticipated.
