The location to the train station was a nice walk, but not too difficult or uncomfortable; yet the option of taking a cab was also convenient. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, modern, centrally-located, in a gorgeous old neighborhood. Amenities within the apartment included everything you could need. The elevator was a plus to avoid having to carry luggage up the stairs. The Matterhorn room, located on the top floor, was the perfect size for my husband and I…and the view of the Matterhorn was surprisingly good from the far edge of the balcony.

Wonderful spacious and comfortable apartment. Beautiful wood paneled interior. Three different outdoor decks! Nice kitchen. Situated on a quiet side street with historic outbuildings between main drag and the river. Amazing views. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pillows were a little too soft. Overall wonderful visit. Would definitely recommend.

This property is amazing, the beds were comfortable, it was very clean it had everything you needed and the little town of Zermatt was so cute with horse and buggy rides, people playing the long horn and other instruments and the train ride up to the Matterhorn was awesome, I would definitely recommend this property and I would love to come back again!!!

We stayed for two nights and were extremely satisfied with the apartment and it's amenities. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We would definitely recommend staying here and plan to again in the future.

Excellent property and perfect stay with family. Heart of the village with picturesque view of mountains. Apartment was stocked with abundant utensils and cutlery. Children have toys to play with, Staff were super pleasant. Right from the day of booking till checkout communication was super effective. Most importantly apartment was spacious. Excellent proximity to shopping and dining. Will never hesitate to book the same property again in future. Complimentary pickup and drop from the train station.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful two night stay at the Haus Dent Blanche. It is a well appointed apartment. The complimentary taxi shuttle from and to the train station was such a nice gesture. The folks at Zermatt Holidays sent me detailed instructions for my after hours checkin and they were very nice and responsive. Had a view of the matterhorn from our balcony. Shipping coffee in the morning watching a clear Mt. Matterhorn - priceless.

Good communication- just a surprise that we can’t drive in Zermatt as it car free town. The exhaust fan in bathroom wasn’t working. Close to train station

The property is well maintained and clean. It definitely looks better than in the pictures. We were greeted at the train station with free pick up services to the apartment. The staff was awesome and friendly. Taxi voucher for the return trip was also given to us. On the table was free Lindt chocolates. They also accommodate our request for extra rollaway bed with reasonable additional charges. The range of cooking condiments is really wide and my mum was happy to cook. Super market was nearby. U can buy wine, nuts and fruits to chat the night away. Easy walk to the cable car or train station to view Matterhorn. Overall I would recommend the apartment

Amazing apartment stay. The whole accommodation is in clean and cozy condition. Kitchen, kitchenette and balcony are well equipped. Hot water shower is very consistent. Super friendly staff. Will definitely be back here if i visit Zermatt.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Haus Dent Blanche. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The staff were super kind and hospitable to pick us up from the train station, and explain the services provided and discounts offered to guests. They also offer very efficient laundry service. Definitely recommend Haus Dent Blanche and Zermatt Holidays (management team) to family and friends.

The apartment looks like a lovely cottage house, very clean, tidy and kitchen is well-equipped with oven, microwave & etc that allows easy cooking in the house. The balcony is able to view the Matterhorn.The lady staff is very friendly and helpful. Less than 10 mins walk from the train station and less than a min walk to the shopping streets. Very comfortable stay.

This hotel was super cute! Use rooms with a full kitchen. So cramming and in a great location, just off the main strip. The man at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. He helped with all our questions. I would stay here again and again!

The staff were excellent in assisting us with our arrival and check in. And they answered all of our questions about the village, as well as transportation and sightseeing options. The apartment was extremely beautiful and functional for our family, and the views were quite spectacular from balconies front and back.
