Liked having privacy and quiet location

Not enough light, light bulbs very dim. Getting there with lots of luggage was a challenge due to incline, transport from inter home office to tunnel would be helpful

The apartment was cleaned and tidied up at arrival. It is very well equipped. We do not have any complains. Everything was perfect and we did enjoy our time in zermatt. Location of the apartment is excellent.

Lokal był dobrze wyposażony, nie brakowało niczego ze sprzętów. Lokalizacja też była dobra, blisko centrum.

Lokal był raczej mały, miejsce dla 3. osoby było niewielką dziurką nad łazienką, do której trzeba było się wdrapać po drabinie. Kuchnia, choć dobrze wyposażona, była bardzo mała. Widok z okna ograniczony przez spad dachu. Wejście do lokalu przez dość długi korytarz w lodowatej skale (latem gigantyczna różnica temperatur), a dalej przez schody i dwie windy. Zarządca oczekiwał wyrzucenia śmieci i zdjęcia poszew z pościeli.

The location is excellent. The flat is equipped with essentials. It's a cozy space. The view from the wi dows is quite lovely. The value for money is great considering its Zermatt. Whilst the management team is completely unresponsive on booking.com messaging plaform, once I emailled them directly they were very responsive.

- The smell of cigarettes which took a while to vent - the fact that I had to walk to the office to pick up and drop off the keys - with the luggage and ski bags that's a hassle - the TV was very old and with no functionality to connect to any streaming platform or link my phone to it. It only had local tv programmes in German (language neither of us speak). There were nights we were too tired to go out/play card games etc and just wanted to watch a film... which was impossible. - the radiators may need servicing - they make very loud water circulation noises (non issue during the day but slightly annoying at night when you're trying to fall asleep.
