Had many basic amenities one in one’s own apt which we appreciated; host was very responsive (left binder with instructions); laundry room available and inexpensive (6x more at public laundry mat but unavailable on the weekends)
We must have missed it but be ready to pay for city tax since it was not covered when paying on booking.com (this is on top of it already pricey); we brought our is trash bags and disposed of it outside the apt because of a mention it costs per bag; kept window open to aerate but kept having some bugs and spiders

Location is excellent. Layout was fantastic for our group of three teen girls and two adults. Beds were very comfortable and shower water pressure was great.
I wish there were screens on the windows to keep bugs out of the apartment when the windows were open.
