Highly recommend and are already thinking of booking again next year.
Loved our stay. Mario is a super host. The chalet is very well equipped. Nice quieter part of town, yet easy walk to the centre. We hired ski locks at Sunnega to avoid the ten minutes walk in ski boots.
The only slight thing was the lounge area being a little too small for six of us.

Clean, cozy chalet in a great location for skiing!
Friendly, accessible owner right upstairs! Clean, quiet, easy check-in/check-out, close to town center, close to the gondola (bit of a walk but we had no problems). Laundry on site (shared, coin-op — would have loved a heads-up on that!). TV has HDMI hookup so you can bring an AppleTV/Roku/etc and watch Netflix/Amazon Video/etc (otherwise you’re watching Swiss TV, tough for non-German speakers). For groceries, download the Coop grocery store app and get them delivered in advance (even the ice cream was still frozen 12 hours later when we arrived)! If you plan to eat at home a lot, don’t buy a ton — small European fridge/freezer, so expect to make a few grocery trips or delivery/pickup orders, and consider bringing your own grocery bags to re-use!
Not a gripe but would have liked to know that the laundry was coin-op so we could get some coins. Also not a gripe but there is no ice maker or ice cube trays (and you can’t buy ice at the grocery — not unusual apparently in Zermatt but not what we were used to). Bring/buy paper towels and bath soap (and shampoo/conditioner). TV room is the one red sectional couch in the photo which worked great for our tight-knit crew of 4 adults and 3 kids all happy to sit close, but prepare to get cozy!
