We stayed in Arctis in August 2026 and would definitely stay again! The apartment was spacious, clean, and in a great location; a 10 minute walk into the centre of Zermatt and a 10 minute walk to the lifts to Furi. Mario was very responsive and helped us throughout our stay. Facilities were spectacular (private sauna, a bathroom for each room, coffee machine, pots&pans etc) and the apartment had a spectacular view of the Matterhorn. Could not recommend this place enough! We loved our stay in Arctis and have already told all of our friends to stay here, if they are ever in Zermatt.
Nothing. It was incredible.

Loved our stay. Mario is a super host. The chalet is very well equipped. Nice quieter part of town, yet easy walk to the centre. We hired ski locks at Sunnega to avoid the ten minutes walk in ski boots.
The only slight thing was the lounge area being a little too small for six of us.
