Everything! The location - ideal (<500m from Sunegga, <1km from train station Zermatt) Very close to waste disposal station Out of the way of local traffic (quiet) Next to the calming rushing water of the river The Matterhorn view - unforgettable. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for any length of stay. Days to months!
The shower takes a long time to drain. This is an easily addressable issue though with some drain cleaner ;)
