Loved the balcony looking out at the gorgeous view of the Matterhorn. Great facilities and a nice modern bathroom. Perfect location not too far from the centre but far enough away for some peace and quiet.

Wir haben einen Toaster vermisst. Sonst gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

The studio is quite big. It is not so nicely decorated but with a lot of practical equipment available especially in the kitchen (except dishwasher but for me that is not an issue). The location is great: 10 min walk to big supermarkets (Coop, Migros), 5 min to Sunnegga lift, 10 min to Gornergrat train. The view on Matterhorn from the window and balcony is spectacular.

Cleanliness is not top: some surfaces in the bathroom and kitchen were not fully clean when I arrived. The sofa has a lot of stains on it (I covered it with blankets). (N.B. I do have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness.) I did not get the vouchers as promised until I asked for them on day 4 (of 7) so I could not use all of them (e.g. the price reduction on village tours). WLAN did not work the last 2 days. As a guest I would have expected the host and landlord to fix it but until my departure it still did not work for me.
