Large, simple apartment house "Residence A", 5 storeys, built in 1970. In the district of Wiesti 550 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny position, 20 m from the stream. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 300 m, bakery 550 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 190 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 550 m. Mountain railway 500 m, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 190 m, ski school 800 m, children's ski school. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Exit to the terrace. Kitchen in the entrance (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise)). Bath/WC. Heating. Terrace 8 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Appartement trop loin des cabines. Sombre et surtout bruit incessant de ventilation dans la salle de bain !!! Sortie avec skis par escalier... pas pratique. Pas de chauffe pour chaussures de skis. Cuisine et salle de bain en très bon état. Pas de wifi
