Large apartment house "Viscaria", 5 storeys. In the district of Spiss 600 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 100 m from the house. Stepped path (82 steps) to the house. Supermarket 450 m, restaurant 650 m, bakery 650 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Spiss" 100 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 650 m. Mountain railway 600 m, ski rental 600 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt. Additional accommodations can be booked.
3-room apartment 85 m2 on 1st floor. Very comfortable furnishings: living room with TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms, each room with 2 double beds (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Bath/WC. Balcony 10 m2, south facing position and, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Geräumige Wohnung für 3-4 Personen. Küche etwas klein, hat jedoch alles was es braucht. Bequeme Betten. Pflegeleichte Böden. Preis/Leistung für Zermatt in Ordnung. Längerer Aufstieg über diverse Treppen, für gehbeeinträchtigte Menschen nicht geeignet
