Apartment St- Pauli by Interhome

Tout était très bien.

Il y a juste quelques petits détails à améliorer: les fils électriques du plafonnier pendent du plafond de la chambre, le "sèche salade" est incomplet et un bouton du four est cassé, ainsi qu'une pièce de plastique qui doit appartenir au pare-douche. Sinon tout était très bien.

The location was good, just a short walk from the train station, the Gornegrat station and a bus stop. It was clean and had all the basics.

Very poor communication with the company, messaging with an AI bot till 28 days before your arrival date, then you get access to your reservation portal, that was glitching and Booking had to call Interhome twice on my behalf as I wasn’t able to see how I can access the apartment - unnecessarily stressful. That’s when you find out you have to both pick up and drop off the keys at the Interhome office vs just at the apartment. Very inconvenient extra step, especially when you’re catching an early train to the next destination.
