Great location, near transportation to ski lifts, and center of village, view of Matterhorn

Everything was great, however we were on the 5th floor and there were no elevators. Long walk up after skiing or a night out. There is a room downstairs to leave your skis and boots

Amazing stay in Zermatt

The location of the apartment is fantastic. You are near the Main Street and the train. There is a supermarket, restaurants etc very close by. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Accessing the apartment was very easy and I found the instructions were very detailed.

It was not a problem for us but if you are sensitive to noise there is some train noise. Also this may seem minor but you pay a lot for the accommodation so you should have more than one rubbish bag provided especially if you are expected to use specific ones. Also information on where to dispose of rubbish should be provided as well.

Family vacay in Zermatt

This was great. A very nice apartment on the top floor of the Chalet with view of the Matterhorn. Provided a cot and high chair for our toddler, which was great. Very centrally located, with short walks to the train station, the Gornergratbahn and the mountain funicular to Sunnegga. Hard to beat - I hope we will be able to stay there again.

Pleasant apartment but probably more for people who want to go out in the evening rather than stay i

Easy to find and keys in lock box easy to access. Central location especially for train station. Comfy beds. Hosts very responsive to the problem we had with no hot water.

Balcony only had view of stairwell of block of flats in front of building. This was not very clear on the description. Only room for one arm chair in the lounge area which was also very dark. Very noisy throughout the night unfortunately so couldn't open windows at night when it was warm.

Exceptional

Thank u for upgraded our room into a spacious, comfort & great room. We really appreaciated it coz we had a great place to stay after a long journey to Zermatt. Staffs are really helpful whenever we asked for help. This chalet is nearby the Gornergratt Railway & Zermatt Station. It just 5 minutes walk from the stations as well as the Coop & Migros. We are so lucky to be given a lower floor room coz our luggages are heavy at that time. The facilities in the apartment was great! We love it & I hope I can come again & book this apartment.

Having stayed before we knew what to expect. Location good, clean and comfortable.

The shower was terribly difficult to use without flooding the bathroom floor which happened twice despite efforts to avoid this. It is simply a bad design for that space

Great place and great value for money

We stayed for a week and absolutely loved it!! It was a perfect studio for our needs. Location - cant ask for better. Maybe 2-3 mins walk from the station. Really convenient. Shops also very close. Clean and quite modern. We had a balcony which was a bonus and great views of the mountains. Kitchen was very well equipped. They even had a grater! Bed was big and super comfy. Washing Machine available was a big bonus. Train tracks - there is a Gornergrat train track just outside. I saw some people mentioned it. Didn’t bother us one bit. Unless you wanna sleep till 10 and have windows open you will be fine. We slept with no issues.

Minor things. The tumble dryer didn’t work. Tbh there are drying racks and with an extractor fan it dried super fast. just wasted an hour to realise clothes were still wet. Our flat was on the 4th floor. Wasn’t an issue and i knew about it before but If you travelling with someone with limited mobility be aware there is no lift

Location of the chalet was near the Zermatt train station and Gornergrat Station, plus supermarket and other shops. Chalet was cozy, spacious and clean. Instructions to get and return the keys were really easy to understand. Staff was very contactable and friendly.

No lifts in the building. Was quite tough to carry luggages up and down the stairs.

Sweet Chalet in Zermatt

We like the location, comfort, facilities, ambience and many more. It is an amazing and sweet place. Every thing is available nearby. The host was prompt and helpful. Would recommend for families

This gave us a very cost effecitve alternative to staying at a full hotel facility.

A quaint place to stay with easy access to the rail station and the stores immediately around the station. Although the room is "compact", it was a good size for twp people with ample space for our suitcases and other belongings. I liked the fact that a washer and dryer are available for use.

The ONLY downsides were first, my wife (who doesn't walk enough ... ) was challenged by the 4 flights of stairs; however, that is a "personal" issue and NOT a negative reflection on the Chalet. :-) The significant issue was the dryer. The door latch was inoperative and I had to push a chair next to it to enable operation. Second, I could NOT get any heat in the dryer (even after looking up the English instructions "on line"); I am unsure if this is related to the door latch function. Anyway, this should be looked in to (if you have not yet done so).

Brilliant location, just beside the Gornergratbahn station but quiet. The room was spacious and clean with a good facilitate kitchen. Very easy way to check in and out.

very close to both train stations and a ski lifts. Very close to main street restaurants (Swiss so expensive) and supermarkets - very well stocked and good value.

Great chalet in an excellent location

The location is great, just next to the train station and very close to the center. There are shops around for food and everything you need. We stayed in a double room at the top floor. It was clean, maybe not that spacious, but still, it was great! It was very easy to collect and return the keys. We were able to leave the luggage at Hotel Post after the checkout.

If you're not very physically active, take in mind that you might have to walk to the fifth floor.
