We got the 2 bedrooms 1 bath and a Murphy bed in the living for our family of 5. Very spacious. They have the ski locker with heated rack for your ski boots which is super nice!!! Super close to the Matterhorn paradise gondola. Like 5 mins walk. Also free laundry which is a big plus. We love our stay and would 100% come back. Would recommend this to anyone!

Zermatt Paradies was a great place for my Son and I to stay for our Ski Vacation. The hotel had all the amenities you could need. Located within a 5 minute walk to Glacier Paradise lift and town there is a ski room inside the tunnel entrance where you can store and tune your equipment, a spa with Steam Room, Sauna, Hot Tubs and also Laundry facilities. The manager was on call 24/7 to handle our questions and was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved the cave entrance, that was amazing and completely unexpected. The rooms are simple and perfectly decorated to make you feel like you are stepping back in Swiss time. The views are to die for. I loved having a place to do my laundry mid vacation.

It’s really good experience. Nice location, very near to Matterhorn Express. Here is free shuttle bus to train station. Near to grocery shop. Full kitchen wears. Good size of rooms.
