About this apartment rental
The house Z'Wichjehüs **** S in Winkelmatten. The property is family owned and surrounded by fields 1500 meters from the center of Zermatt. It offers apartments with free WiFi and a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. The gondola lift to Furi is 500 meters away. Several hiking and mountain bike trails start right on the doorstep.
The modern Alpine-style apartments have a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchenette that is integrated into the spacious living area. The large windows in the apartment offer a wonderful view and lots of natural light.
The final cleaning fee is included in the room rate. A washer and dryer are available for shared use.
Next to the apartments you will find a restaurant and a children's playground. The town center can be reached in 10 minutes by bus, which stops in front of the property. You can ski directly from the Z'Wichjehues house and back. Alternatively, take the bus for the return trip.

Barbara was a very responsive and helpful host. The views of the Matterhorn were fantastic, the place was clean and spacious, and the kitchen was very well equipped.

Very well equipped apartment with a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. Very accommodating owners...easy to deal with. Village bus stops right in front; main street only 10 minutes walk away; Matterhorn cable car 5 minutes walk. Many great hiking (& ski) trails lead straight to your front door.

We had a very enjoyable week in Zermatt. The skiing was excellent with exceptional snow. The apartment was perfect - very well equipped, well located very near the bus stop and a short walk from the main bubble car lift to Furi, and it has an amazing view of the Matterhorn. It is also situated very near two good restaurants. Gianni and Barbara were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come and stay here again if we come back to ski in Zermatt.

Can I say beautiful! The apartment was stunning and so enjoyable! It was the first stop on our honeymoon and it couldn't have been better! So easy to contact and check in/out. Thank you very much! You're efforts were impeccable! We cant wait to come back!
