Supermarket 450 m, restaurant 600 m, bakery, bicycle rental 600 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Spiss" 60 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 600 m. Mountain railway 500 m, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 900 m, children's ski school. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer.
