Would def come back!!!!

The property was excellent for our group (3 adults and 2 small kids). It’s equipped with everything we needed for our stay! It’s super new, recently renovated and very comfortable! Views from the living/kitchen are amazing! Francesca and Monica were great and helped us with everything!

We cannot complain about anything! But as first timers in Cervinia, and with 2 kids, we should have had organised a bit better our skis, because even though there is a spacious ski locker in the -1 floor, carrying down the kids skis were not the easiest task! They couldn’t ski from the apartment, since they are super beginners!! But that’s on us, just a friendly reminder to organise everything before planning the trip! For me (intermediate) was perfect!!!

We had a very positive week-long stay here for our ski holiday. The host Francesca was truly fantastic—super helpful and quick to respond to all our questions, which made everything run smoothly. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. The location is excellent, being close to the main cable car, and we enjoyed the good restaurant right downstairs.

For skiers, there are just a couple of things to note for clarity. The "ski-out" involves a short off-piste section which can be a little tricky, especially for beginners or in certain snow conditions. Also, it's not a pure ski-in/ski-out; you need to walk about three minutes outside the building (in your boots) to get to the slopes and back. Inside, the layout offers two toilets, which was great for our group, but only one full bathroom with a shower.

A wonderful stay!

Cozy, warm and very clean apartment with all the stuff you need. The kitchen is fully equipped. Next to the ski slopes! Wi fi works well and the big smart TV has Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime Video free. Francesca is a very kind host, responsive, she gave us informations about Cervinia and how enjoy our time!

Amazing!

Location is just close by ski slope, so it's really convenient for families with little kids like us. Most of all, the owner of this accomodation is amazing! She resposed to us well, helped us to find a dinner restaurant even though it was the one of the busiest seasons!

The location of the property is great. Easy access to the slope, but you need to be a reasonable skier. Better to take the short walk to the gondola if you’re more of a beginner.

We did book in peak season so it was very expensive.

Good

The host was absolutely delightful and did so much to help us and responded to everything immediately. There were lots of things to use in the flat, so we didn't have to buy things like toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bin bags etc. Very generous. The location was fabulous and we were able to ski to the flat. Franci even booked our skis for us and restaurants. She was amazing.

It was all good but I would say the flat was a little dated, but it did not detract from our stay at all.

Excellent home and perfect location

Super clean and very comfortable home. Really ski-in/ski-out! Restaurants are 5 min far by walk. Being a bit out of the village center means to be outside the noise! Netflix is a nice surprise. Very well equipped kitchen , with Nespresso coffee machine too. Very helpful owner! One of my best stay in Cervinia . Tkanks! We will love to stay here again.

Pretty good location on slopes. The building is a bit old-fashioned with ski-stalls in the basement and no door to the piste. The host pays great attention, The charming apt can house 6 adults with no stress. Great to visit an apt where you share with the other guests - and the host supplies the rest - spices, soap etc

No dish-washer - but thats a minor thing. Ski-stall should have an exit on piste

The property is very conveniently located. Francesca is absolutely lovely and helpful. The place was clean and the kitchen was very well-equipped.

The apartment has a very light carpet which is hard to keep clean. We would have liked to have two pillows on each bed. It would have made more comfortable.
