The apartment sits high up the surrounding areas in a privileged ski-in / ski-out position. The apartment enjoys amazing views and a lot of light. You can walk to the city center in under 10mins and ski in and out of the property. It boasts 4 double bedrooms, a very large reception and an indoor car parking. It's extremely rare to find an apartment in Cervinia so large and so conveniently located!

The location is exactly as described. With that said we had many plus and minuses about the property. The description of luxury gave us a different impression than reality. The pictures give make the apartment look fabulous. The apartment served our family and friends well. Very close to town and had it been winter the ski in and out feature would have been more assable. Spring skiing made skiing in and out difficult and we ended up driving to the gondola everyday, (walking down and up the hill

Positives:-Close to cable car- Ski in/ out nearby- Bar/ restaurant (Nives) close with great drinks and amazing food- Apartment was very clean and the on-site manager was lovelyImprovements:- Didn't get check-in information until the day/time we arrived - Didn't get check-out instructions until after midnight on the day we left- Lack of power sockets in useful locations (e.g. no bedside power in second bedroom for phones or bedside lamps)- Lack of hanging space for things like towels- Location from town up a continuous hill - makes carrying shopping without transport challenging and if you got an injury the location might be difficultOverall, it's a solid apartment with a good location for skiing but with the wear from continuous use and lack of things like tea towels and hand towels in the kitchen, we didn't feel it was a luxury apartment.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment between Christmas and New Year. The apartment is well located beside slope 3, and therefore a short walk/pole ski to the piste in the morning and then a short ski down to a convenient chairlift to access the slopes. With the advantages of ski in/out it does mean that the apartment is a 10 minute walk down the hill into town (and back up) for restaurants and groceries. The apartment itself is newly redecorated with comfortable furnishings and bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and functional for self catering. The wifi worked well. Cervinia itself is a wonderful ski area with nice restaurants on the piste (we enjoyed Baracon, above Valtournenche, with amazing views from the terrace, and Mant by Igloo in the Bergman Hotel for an upmarket experience, and Bontadini for self service lunch on the terrace or a drink near the end of the day) - and easy access over to Zermatt. Apres ski - would recommend a beer on the terrace at Bontadini, then 'Love Cervinia' with DJ, then final drinks and sunset views from the bar of Hotel Principe delle Nevi (on left of piste 3 just after the netting) before a short ski back to the apartment. The owners were very prompt with communication and replies to any queries. And to top things off they went 'above and beyond' to retrieve (and hand deliver!) an item of jewellery with sentimental value that we had left in the apartment. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment for a ski trip to Cervinia.
