Great location next to the gondola. Friendly staff . We stayed in their apartment and was spacious with all the amenities. We would come back without hesitation.

Had an amazing stay here. Appt was generously sized and had everything you needed. Matterhorn view from the living room and bedroom too was amazing. Staff really friendly and helpful and a great selection at breakfast too. Really cosy rooms and has a real boutique feel to it. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again if going back to Zermatt.

The location may be inconvenient for those who wish to stay in a central spot closer to all the shops and restaurants; this beautiful boutique hotel is at the southern-most part of Zermatt which means you need to walk through mostly hospitality and residential areas before reaching the commercial zone. This was perfect for us as we otherwise may have not been compelled to see beyond the main stretch of Zermatt. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a kitchen equipped with a water kettle, sink, cooktop, oven, and small fridge. Beds were comfy. Would gladly stay here again.

As an apartment with kitchen, the trash bin is too small. When people cook, lots of trash will be produced. The coffee at lobby costs money, which was not mentioned by the staff. As a resul, unexpexted expense occurred.

The Place is Great!. We are 5 and rent an apartment for 6. Plenty of space. Supper well equipped with quality stuff. Beds are great! Nothing to complain. Downtown for groceries is 10 minute walk with no issues. The best is to be at 100mts from rental and Gondola to start your day. Aso great when you finish your day with storage for skies. If I come back to Zermatt, will be back here no doubt.

The place is great! Very close to the ski area, and if the weather is clear you can see the Matterhorn from your room if you're facing the mountain. The negative is that it is a long walk from anything other than the ski area.

Perfectly situated between the city center and the view of the Matterhorn. We walked everywhere but they had a free shuttle and the free bus stop was very close. We stayed in one of the apartments which we loved. Balcony, kitchen, dining table, and all other modern comforts included. Even a community washer and dryer which came in handy. We would stay here again for sure.

Staff are very helpful and the place is very clean! It is very close to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise and about a 15 min walk to the train station. Taxis are available to be booked via hotel and are very quick to come. Our apartment had a lot of our necessities such as spoons, plates, and water heater. Overall we had a great stay!

The apartment was spacious and nice. The bed was comfortable and having a kitchen and a refrigerator was a bonus. The living room had 2 couches and a balcony that looked out at the mountains. The location was convenient being an easy walk to the train station and downtown restaurants.

Comfortable apartment for 3 people in quieter end of Zermatt - convenient for main street, lifts, etc. Clean and well-equipped, kitchen, comfortable beds. We would certainly stay here again.

The apartment was spotless and huge! Our apt was apt 30 and had 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies. The kitchen was clean and had everything you could need (expect a microwave), but that was okay. Gorgeous place and would stay again.

It is spacious, with good facilities and an amazing view from the balconies. More importantly, it is well kept and very clean. It is also only 5 minutes away from the main station. We loved our stay here.

The hotel located at the west side of the town and it is quite and less touristy unlike center district which is totally spoiled I'd say. Here you can really enjoy the nature in a quite outdoor restaurant overlooking Matterhorn. Whenever we need to go grocery, I felt like being forced to do so, where streets are overcrowded with tourists and souvenir shops, much like any other overrated place. We were buying food and running away looking for shelter. Cyclists doing 60 km/h through crowded streets, electric taxis on every corner, carmageddon...Not sure who is deadlier, but they approaching suddenly, silently, without breaking, you have to save yourself and kids. The mythical town without transport is a myth, indeed. Unless, you got to the western part and here you'll catch your solitude at late sunset. Now the hotel: We had two-bedroom apartment no 440, two balconies, two showers, jacuzzi, modern and very convenient kitchen with all appliances. The Matterhorn could be directly seen with all its glory from the second floor roof-window and a bit from the small balcony. There is really nothing negative about the apartment, except for jacuzzi operation. some instructions would not bother. It seem to stream only hot water, regardless faucet direction and there is a leakage somewhere, each morning we had discovered small puddle on the floor between the shower and jacuzzi, not sure where it is leaking.
