Loved the views from all windows and the central location, that is really the reason why we will be coming back, want to be able to see Matterhorn all day from the living room. Also love the home feeling this apartment has.

Did not like the fact one must walk with the keys to the office when checking out - all other apartments we stayed in Zermatt allow you to leave the keys in not walking somewhere with heavy luggage. The check out could be at 11 not at 10. Also disliked the threatening notes staring at you through four different places (a sticker in the kitchen, two leaflets, and the information book) telling you you will get charged if you don't take the rubbish out, don't clean your dishes, don't take the bedding covers off yourself - that is rude and one must wonder what kind of ballerina cleaning service they employ. The bedding definitely needs changing - old feather pillows and duvets, no pillow protection, feathers digging into your face when you sleep. Agree with someone else's review - too much furniture for no reason, it would be nice to remove some and put there a nice armchair to chill out in.

The property was in a great location. Close to the centre of town and short walking distance to the gondola. The views of the Matterhorn were great.

The internal doorways are very short as well as the slanted roof in the rooms so we were constantly hitting our heads. The property has two doors to enter as well as staircases that are quite steep before entering into the actual apartment. From the first door there is a shared lobby area that has entrance into another apartment but also to the apartments bathroom. We weren’t aware of this shared area that we also had to access to get to our bathroom so we continuously had to lock and unlock our front door to access the bathroom. The kitchen was also fully equipped but throughout our whole trip we did not have cutlery, we had to purchase some to use from the grocery store.
