Location. It was quite close to Zermatt station ….about 10 min walk. Close to Murini view point and other nearby sightseeing locations. Chalet was well maintained and had all the amenities and kitchen ware for cooking. Drier with washing machine was a big plus because of wet weather.
Ground floor for a little cramp for 3 people. However first floor was quite spacious. And yes the cost was very high

The chalet was really central. 7 minutes to the gondola and 7 minutes to the center of town.
There was no microwave to reheat leftovers. But they had pots and pans and a stove so you could heat up things that way.
