Huge storage room for ski equipment, lift available to the 3rd floor, very easy collection of the keys for access. Staff were very responsive when contacted. Complimentary coffee. Really quiet location, lots of squirrels to watch in the mornings from the balcony! Very short walk to the bus stop and towards restaurants.
We had a small issue with the hot water but it was fixed the same day.
There was no toaster, kettle or microwave but we managed to boil water on the stove.
Pillows aren't great but we managed!

We loved the fact that with just mins walk you can have the Matterhorn view. There were few restaurants and cafe around so. It bad. Just few mins walk from the lifts.
The room was slightly smaller than what we expected and there was a strange smell from the bathroom. It’s quite a walk, though it says just 10-15 mins from the train station. We took the small taxi as we had luggage but it’s Zermatt so it’s fine.
