Apartment Olympia Mischabel

Super comfortable apartment, modern and stylish, with everything provided that I needed. Whirlpool bath was a life saver after skiing. Great location. The instructions via the QR code were clear and concise. Would highly recommend and I would be happy to stay here again next time I'm in Zermatt.

Jacuzzi and cooking facilities

The apartment was clean and spacious. It had all the necessary ammenities.

The bed and mattress were extremely uncomfortable. It was difficult to get up once you are lying down.

Nice apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, well located with easy access to both the town and the ski lifts. Restaurants are very close by. The bathroom is well appointed with a jacuzzi, and the bed is comfortable.

The cleanliness was not up to standard, with visible dust under the bed. More importantly, the host’s communication was extremely rude. When I sent a message regarding the WiFi, I received the reply: “we sleep at night. You booked an apartment not a hotel with 24 hour service”. The message was sent late only so it could be seen in the morning and addressed, not with any expectation of an immediate response. Prior to arrival, when asking about the jacuzzi, I was told it was “working perfectly,” but that she could not say what it would be like in a week’s time, which was not a particularly helpful answer. Overall, while the apartment itself has good qualities, the level of cleanliness and the host’s dismissive and unprofessional attitude significantly affected the experience.
