Great place that is centrally located. My room was perfect for a solo traveler.

This was a perfect room for a solo traveller. Just the right amount of space with a kitchen included. This property is perfectly located a 10 minute walk to Matterhorn Paradise, 15 minute walk to the Matterhorn and Gornergrat train stations, and a 5-15 minute walk depending on where you go to the popular Main Street area (restaurants, shops, etc). The room and bathroom were very clean. Kitchen had all the necessities. The hotel staff were very friendly. Especially my room housekeeper. She was great and very accomidating. The included breakfast was nice and for dinner they had a different menu which made it possible to eat there every night and not have the same dish more then once. When I arrived to the main train station I called the hotel and someone was there in less the 5 minutes to pick me up for a transfer. Loved this place! I will definitely be back.

Warm and cosy apartment

The apartment was spacious and cosy. We had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The laundry service was reasonably priced and fast.

The tvs are too small. Anything less than 40” is tiny these days. I think the tvs were 32”.

⭐️ A Perfect Zermatt Stay with Unbeatable Matterhorn Views & Exceptional Service

This was truly one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed at in Zermatt. From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel taken care of at every step. The best surprise was being picked up from the train station in an electric taxi and driven straight to the property — such a thoughtful and luxurious touch. Our luggage was carried all the way to the room, which made the arrival completely effortless. The apartment itself was spotless and immaculately maintained, with daily cleaning that went above and beyond our expectations. It was extremely spacious, very quiet, and beautifully well stocked with everything we needed. The internet was fast and reliable, which was a bonus. Every room had a stunning view of the Matterhorn — waking up to that scenery felt unreal. The location is also perfect: very close to the town center while still feeling peaceful and private. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would 100% return and recommend this property to anyone visiting Zermatt.

Decent but staff can be warmer

Very well made and spacious.

Didn’t know there were stairs to climb as my parents are a little old. Staff was a bit rude, we asked for a lemon to make something for our child and they replied saying ‘this is not a grocery store’

Lovely apartment with very comfortable bed. Great having a little kitchen for dinner. Clean and well maintained. Appreciated the shuttle from the train station.

Spacious apartment with a beautiful view and a delicious breakfast.

We booked the apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was beautiful, had an amazing view of the Matterhorn, and breakfast was included! The best of both worlds-an apartment with lots of space and a delicious buffet breakfast (included) plus staff onsite if you needed anything (we didn't). I would stay here again!

The receptionist Nico was very friendly and very helpful. A really good guy who worked hard to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. Also the property sent a car to come and pick us up front and take us to the train station for no charge.

We loved coming back to our apartment in the evening.

The apartment was comfortable and the breakfast delicious. There was every thing we needed to be comfortalbe.

We were hoping the restaurant would be open for dinner, that was a big disappointment to us as at the end of a long day, we would have liked to dine on the premisis.

Spacious room

We stayed in an apartment without a view, but there’s plenty of outdoor seating throughout Zermatt that we didn’t spend much time in our room. When we did, it was a very pleasant stay in the room. Plenty of space and larger than any other hotel during our tour of Switzerland. Looked exactly like the pictures.

Straight walk 5 min from the river and bus stop; Restaurant and recreation area at the hotel; Friendly staff; Free transfer with luggage to/from the train station; Large fully equipped kitchen; Big main room; Very clean renovated shower room; Nice cosy blanket; Refrigerator is not noisy

A microwave, coffee machine and window blinds would be a perfect addition; No view, but it's to be expected for the price; Very dim ceiling lights, especially annoying in the kitchen; I found the mattress quite hard, and cushion not comfortable (down filling too thin).

Staff is friendly, breakfast is good. They offer nice daily menu for dinner so I eventually had dinner at the hotel every day.

Unfortunately, my room was on mountain side and it was a little dark and cold for me.
