Great central location, apartment was well maintained and had everything we needed.
Beds were not as firm as we like but that is personal preference.

A comfortable apartment with a good kitchen. Spacious.
Close to station( although this isn’t the prettiest part of Zermatt)
Close to good supermarket
Ground floor. No views.
Listed as having washing machine and dryer. But these were communal and required payment.
Expensive , but Zermatt is expensive.

The whole process was very straightforward and communication excellent. The location of the apartment was perfect for us and very spacious. We didn't do any cooking, just made coffee but all the facilities were there for whatever you wanted to make for yourself.
There was nothing to dislike about this property or our stay there in general.

Location was great and easily accessible.
There was no soap nor shampoo in the apartment which made it difficult and inconvenient. Also only half a roll of toilet paper was left for us as a family of 5 for two nights. Not exactly what we expected when checking in.
