Walter was lovely and met us at the train station. The apartment had everything we needed for the week and the location was perfect as you're next to the train station, you can buy breakfast, lunch and dinner from the coop downstairs and watch the goat parade and the matterhorn from the balcony. The apartment was excellent value for money.
If I could change one thing, I'd have an extra pillow as they were very comfortable but soft. However this is me being exceedingly picky and it didn't affect the holiday at all!!!

Location, location, location! It is so convenient to everything in Zermatt and the Coop is right downstairs. Walter, the host, met us at the train station and showed us around the apartment as well as giving us some tips on where to find more information. There is an information kiosk right across the street. Walter recommended a stop there and the maps and info we got there were very helpful.
There was construction right in front of the property which did get a bit noisy during the day. But since we were out and about most of the day, it didn’t really bother us.
