This place is incredible! Spotless and spacious. We stayed in the upper apartment and had gorgeous views from both balconies of the Matterhorn. The property manager was so helpful and quick to respond. She came to check on us a couple times to make sure all was well. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was great, the murphy beds were so awesome to give the kids their own beds but also have space to hang out. They had a washer and dryer in the basement. Best place we stayed on our Europe trip!

The location is way the heck in the back of Zermatt, which gave breath-taking views of the Matterhorn, but meant taking a taxi (crazy expensive) or you had to take the bus. It was so peaceful being outside of the busy downtown of Zermatt, and there are a few restaurants out there, but it was definitely a hike to get out there. Zermatt is an expensive resort town, and this place was pricey, but incredible.

Quiet location, clean modern apt with smart layout and design. Peaceful garden/terrace with view of Matterhorn. Perfect for a family of 3 and pet.

We liked the view from the garden. Also, it is far away from downtown, and it's peaceful. The owner explained all required thing arount the property

We didn't like tha fact that the www.booking.com presented FAKE apartment at the time of our booking. At the end we ended up with a smaller bedroom with a super small bed on the ground floor, even though we booked and paid for a bigger apartment on the first floor. So, guys don't believe everything you see on booking.com because they apparently don't have the bigger apartment shown on booking. DOUBLE CHECK!! At the time of our check-in, we were informed that they need no drama and that we can go to another place, however that is not the way to treat the guests. We even received the email from booking.com that our apartment is on the first floor- which was not the true 😔 So, DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE YOU ARRIVE.
