Great location and the staff is very kind and helpful. Our train was running late and they stayed past the check in time to allow us to check in. Very thankful that day!

Our stay was lovely.

The view was absolutely stunning!

Perhaps the distance to the train station - we decided to walk 16mins instead of getting a taxi for £50 as our time of arrival was 7.30pm or 8pm something like that. Perhaps more generous with the toiletries. Maybe foil or baking paper for the oven. However I really have to think here 😁 it was very well equipped.

Breathtaking and peaceful Stay to generate Energy!!

Great hotel with good staff. Highly recommendable.

The hotel was clean and had the things we needed to cook. It is also fairly close to the center of Zermatt so a short walk to catch a train or other transportation was easy. The view is also good eventhough it is not facing the matterhorn.

It was a little difficult to know on before hand that we had to go through a tunnel to find the hotel, so we used more or less 30 minutes with baggage to find the hotel. This could be specified better.

the balcony view and amenities in the apartment were amazing. everything needed to cook is available. flexibility on the checkout time, helpful to get a taxi and also accommodate to last minute request for additional night to stay.

quite a bit of walking from the entrance tunnel to the apartment and the toilet is a bit small.

It was really nice and quiet, absolutely love Zermatt. Also has a great garden with a lovely wooden grill so you don’t have to spend too much money on going out for dinner which can be very expensive and the view is priceless

Great view of the mountain and city

The apartment was spacious and suits families or a group (2 rooms and each had a queen bed made of 2 single bed). Kitchen is well equipped. There’s a great view just outside the balcony. Great view of Matterhorn or the mountain known as Toblerone Mountain. The lady who helped us with check out was really friendly and helpful. For public transportation, buses are free but the luggage needs to ask (?). There are taxis from hotel to the train station for 20 CHF.

Needs to be a bit more cleaner (ceilings for example)

Great property, very functional set up.

Unfortunately, on our second night we could literally not sleep due to a very loud party upstairs. The property managers addressed this with our neighbors and it improved the next night.
