Stepped path (23 steps) to the house. Grocery 450 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 450 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Luchre" 300 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1.1 km. Mountain railway, gondola lift 650 m, ski bus stop 300 m, children's ski school, ice rink 650 m. Please note: lift to 3rd floor. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt. The owner lives in the same residence.
